laurlind ~ikwym ~ personal responses just flow some days and others - my brain is just popping all over the place. I decided I'm just going to go with it. I love reading all the todoin's with everybody. It keeps me going - and if I can respond - it's a plus.

I'm going to run out of steam yet. I really like the look of those cookies but I do have to do a trial run. It does say you can do it like a peanut butter cookie with a fork too so that works if I can't get it nice.

Trying to fight the anxiety. Maybe that's the problem.

Are you planning to make vaillekipferl, Lauralind? I would say to give yourself a break at this busy time of year and experiment with them in January or February.

No not that one. It says it's almost like sugar cookie dough just more butter and softer. I think you might be right. Try something that fancy when I'm not pressed for time ... if I get the desire then.
