How nice for you and others to get gifts from you dmom, Gma. She seems to have been a very generous person.
Enjoy the walk with Fred, Kitty. WTG on the emails.
LOL Doggedly! I hope you're sleeping well right now.
LOL Bama! I personally think dogs who know words in a human language, like most dogs do, are multilingual. :D We used to joke about our dog and cat not speaking the same language - the dog wanted to play and the cat understood those actions as aggression. Happy errands.

Yesterday, after a nice brunch and visit with CM, we visited an outdoor market with a lot of fun stalls, including a lot of food, some very German but also Bosnian pastries and a stall with different hot sauces. There were a couple stalls with alpaca products. I didn't buy that much. AC and I were amazed at how the vendors could stand in those stalls in the cold (significantly below freezing) all day long; some didn't even have their coats all the way zipped up. We drove back without incident - except the "tire pressure low" warning came back on. They supposedly checked and fixed the tire on Tuesday. It's possible the sensor is broken. I can test the pressure myself - all the tires look fine. Dh can also help me tonight. Anyhow, the trip was a lot of fun - but now I'm behind -- and the scale says I've gained 1.6 pounds in 48 hours. Not sure that's real.

Today, I have a Dr. appointment at 8:20 so I need to be otd in about 30 minutes. Afterward, I need to finish exam prep. Looks like I'll just do major tweaks to 1 exam. I also need to prep and teach my own class at 1:30. Getting to the gym for a cardio work out would be great too. Dh and I are going to eat at home tonight, and my personal trainer is having an open house at the gym. Dh and I will stop by after dinner.

I need to get ready so I'll add to my lists when I get back.

Next:
- s2s and self care
- squeegee and wipe down shower
- back exercises, if time

Later:

TaDas!
- up; weighed self-- haven't seen that number in over a year

Good morning!
Thanks for the start kittykatt
Love your discussion on language :) With my dog, I have found Body language is most important. She picks up her cues from that.
I've been teaching her scents. Had her sniff an apple, and an orange. Told her their names. Asked her to pick out the apple. She'd do it with no problem. It did not matter if I switched hands. I've been trying to figure out what in my body language gives it away.

Yesterday was my fun day. After 6 months, I got to see my friend in person for lunch. Unfortunately, the drive took 2 hours there, another 2 back...
So nothing got done.
Here I am once more.

I shall attempt to get the (last?) 2 gifts today.
Bank
Laundry is a MUST.
As is giftwrapping/cards
I'd love to cook a cauliflower soup this weekend. (I've been craving it for weeks)
library pick up

First:
take meds
D2S
feed pup

Main floor PUPAs
Sw/Sw
vacuum

Safe travels, L Ann.
kitkat, maybe it is the smell? Smart dog! I've been enjoying Hudson and Rex, a Canadian crime TV show. Your comment reminded me of Rex's sniffing abilities. LOL!

Dr was very reassuring and a bit irritated that I got sent to a neuromuscular doc, though she said there was nothing wrong with the tests they've done - good info. She told me to get back to running. LOL! She said it would be a good test of my feet before I see an orthopedic foot dr. (Dh saw a specific foot doc and was helped greatly by him; she knows him and thinks that is fine if I go see him.) I've been home for a while and got sucked into etsy shopping for dsil. No luck - it's hard to make decisions. I'm going to prep for payroll and get the IR Exam draft sent out next.

Next:
- payroll: prep for AAS D9
- payroll: IR Exam draft sent out for review
- back exercises
- some qt

Later:
- payroll: IR Exam draft sent out for review
- payroll: tweak AIR Exam
- lunch
- Mem. thank you cards progress
- gather things and otd by 1:15 pm
- 1:30 -3:30 payroll: teach AAS D9
- cardio exercise - Dr. says I should run -- to test out my feet before going to a foot orthopedic dr. lol!
- finish unpacking suitcase + bag
- dinner: tamales, rice, salad
- after dinner clean up
- personal trainer open house at gym
- duolingo
-update health apps
- read?
- anything else?

TaDas!

- s2s and self care
- squeegee and wipe down shower

Hello, all. It is a glorious sunshiny day, which where I live means that it is freezing cold outside. But the sun is streaming in my window, which means that the apartment is nice and warm. Good time to go wash my hair.

I have been enjoying the dog talk too. Always happy to chat about my favourite subject, LOL.

Friday
Cleaned up after dog
Spot cleaned floor
Washed main traffic areas of floor
Treats for dog X 1 million
Refilled the TP holder
Put on a pot of coffee
Took a pill to stave off migraine

Off to get some food first....

Gma - 7 lbs of clothes...
It's pleasant today: 0 Celsius... May it last.
I was not able to enjoy it - lots of running around. Barely made it on time to pick up DGD:) who is happily having a large snack, while watching her shows:)

Very little got done here, must continue:
first - find bandaid for two knees I hurt when I tripped. (This time, it's not puppy's fault - she was at home) ( I was very lucky; just scrapes and bruises)
ice knees
more snack for little one
change clothing.
quick clean up in back yard
lol flip
