My car woes are really first world problems. I have a portable electric pump in the back of my car, so I can easily pump up the tire as needed until I can get it to the tire shop. Not sure about the window washing fluid; this has never happened before with any of our cars, including this one. This is not this car's first winter here.

Just a short message as I really need to post my weekly list and go to bed.

helia, Doggedly,just to clarify, the lunchboxes are for MrNG and I. I used to have 4 boxes and fill them on weekends to last me a week. Now MrNG is in training all week, we have bought a few more boxes, and we try to have them full and in the freezer by Sunday night. Kids have school meals served warm at school. I think school menus in France are way different than in other countries. One vegetarian meal a week is mandatory. "Bio" means organic, a percentage of the food must be organic.

kittykatt yes both MrNG and I have break rooms with microwaves so we can heat up our lunches.
