The personal service workers are currently scheduled to come 4 times per week. They dan increase or decrease the number of days depending on what dh would like. At this point I'm just happy that he seems to be getting used to the idea. I also think he's enjoying a very clean house. The dishes are getting done, I'm tidying stuff up and the world hasn't turned upside down.

I'm very stressed because I don't know what to expect either, but I'm not the person getting the showers. It's certainly a huge change for both of us.

Hello, all! Currently sitting at the college, waiting for DC to come out. Class ended at 12:15, but they wanted to stay till 12:30. It appears they were a little optimistic in their guess.

I did get the wash in before taking them and got it flipped once I got home. I probably should have had lunch before I left, but when I would have been preparing it, it seemed too early. Oh, well, DC will need lunch, too, before we get on to doing something else. You all are doing much more interesting things than I. Maybe I will have some ta-das to brag about this afternoon.

Out on errands, picked up a script to sticker shock. Waiting on HRH at another errand now.

Ddolder and her youngest, dgsJ, came over last evening. He has a science experiment going badly and I was so 😄 I could help, we think. They took two bags of trash we were gathering, too, so part of that chore is done.

Today we've picked up golf balls for dgsW, AKA our green-eyed boy.

errand at CVS - used all available coupons there to reduce cost about $30
post office for HOA
needlework store for reassurance that cloth and thread from kit I bought is okay
bakery for unauthorized chocolate covered Oreo :D
stopped at a vintage/book/records/crafty "emporium" first time there, bought myself a book :D
car washed

I need to eat, and then head upstairs.

Continuing the moving process....
** musical instruments (piano keyboard and 4 guitars) along with the various books, stands, amps, etc. into their temporary holding area along a wall in the living room.
** Folding tables x3
** Treasured ironing board that I grew up using, iron, sprays. put with the quilting items
** some of my hanging clothes that I leave near my bathroom. Typically, a week of clothes that I rotate in/out of my closet. All clothes are now back in my closet.
That finishes up the bedroom and walk-in closet/shelves. Next up I will work on removing my things from the bathroom.
unauthorized chocolate covered Oreo
I think I saw the authorization papers for these oreos. Didn't the papers authorized the entire SHE village to pamper themselves and enjoy the moments? ;)

happy Tuesday to you all.
I haven't been able to be here - mom is way off mentally - stubborn dementia for the last two days. but she is physically healthy. mom was great first thing - helped with showering with our helper, got her food together - fine and then she helped with a puzzle - and then it became hard re: food and her ability to be able to say what she needed - it was like a 2 year saying 5 more minutes - or coming up with I am thinking about something etc.

it's been a hard day with other things - but I told dd older that all of us have to leave the day for work and our own focus instead of figuring out my family until we all can talk.

I figured out the boxes in the garage.

I've done store run.
Found some items a I needed & wanted used my Christmas cash for it got two new lipstick colors to try out.
Some chocolate, a pumice stick for my heels, & got myself take out at my fav. taco stand. Said hi to a friend.
Got some half sized comp note books and am excited to try this new to me size. Thrifted a Devo and a book.
Happy with my purchases.

Got the rig unloaded and most of the cold stuff put away.
I have soda cans to deal with still.

Trash has been picked up & mail was delivered so I got those.

Next I need to put away the last of the not cold stuff that is out.
Then putz in the carport area with the branches.
Maybe take down the Christmas wreath.

Good day so far except I need to get the air checked on the tires it's the time
of year when the dinger goes off.
Got 98% of my steps in for today.
