Been to church; didn't have to do anything special today, which was good, as my legs were acting up. It's around my knees, mostly; not the knees themselves, I don't think, but the muscles and tendons and ligaments surrounding. One of the women I read with is having a rough time; her essential tremor is getting worse. Didn't we have someone with essential tremor on the boards at some point in the past?

I should go check things out in the laundry area -- I don't know that I have enough of anything to do a load, and given that it's Sunday, I'm not going to push it, but I do think I have a load in the dryer to be folded. Then, since I had brunch, I should do the exercises I normally do after lunch. I have to catch DH's attention at some point -- DD did get paperwork to see if she qualifies for Medicaid, but I think she won't given that she doesn't currently have a job and does have savings. I'm wondering whether we can pick up the cost of her insurance until she finds a job. The most likely plan we spotted on the exchanges (she still has about 2 weeks to choose, since she turned 26 in December) is considerably less than COBRA coverage, though I'm trying to figure out whether it's worthwhile for DD to get dental coverage through COBRA.

I read ingredients in a couple Lo Mein recipes and then made Lo Mein INSPIRED dish. DH declared it a success.
It has been so long since we ate at a Chinese restaurant so I'm not absolutely sure it tastes like it should, but it tastes good.
The instant pot was filled with potatoes and cooked. They are cooling now before I package them for the refrigerator. I did use some of them to make a quick potato salad.

I was online earlier with Geek Squad trying to resolve the conflict between OneDrive and Dropbox. The agent did the remote uninstall and all was well until I restarted my computer. And the issue is back. Right now I can only use Dropbox files from the cloud and that's where all my writing is.

My ddad's family has the inherited tendency toward Essential Tremor, and the commonly associated long life spans. Of those at my ddad's generation, none kept a good signature in late life. It was a constant source of amusement between them to compare how bad their handwriting became, although their spouses had about the same nice writing throughout. It can vary. Stress, tiredness, having to recuperate from something, or just lots of repetitive activity like raking leaves - all these will make Essential Tremor worse on a given day.
Lol, no, not just once in a lifetime, although my grands might agree with that little boy! We had about this much snowfall on our house construction when we first were building our home in 1978, and again when we put on the addition in 1987, when ds was 2 years old. I was thinking the skies were against me building a house! And then ds was definitely in school inviting friends to his party when the 12 inches fell and ruined his plans that year, so actually I'm going to revise and say big snowfalls at least those 3 times of frustrated memory , though maybe not a full 12 inches each time during construction. The fabric matches the blues, and that's making me happy. I kept trying to be okay with beiges or pinks and browns, but it was bothering me. I do worry a little about the lines of designs on the antique-style print, which will be difficult to keep straight along 3 sections of a quilt back, but hopefully I can come close enough.

I have some white bread in the oven bc the family loves white bread - not me - so tomorrow I hope to make some whole wheat for me.
I have been buy Ezekiel bread for years but it gets fuzz and green very fast - so it must be good - The next time I get it, I will freeze it in small amount of slices.
tried a new chicken recipe with goat cheese/garlic/spinach for stuffing - I could use it for a pasta filling or something else.

I do wish that they would leave the poor ground hogs alone - we live a half hour away from Woodstock il where they bring the poor animal out - it's always terrified. the bill Murray movie, Ground hog day, was, mostly, made.
