It looks like all of that precipitation is going to pass south of me, kitkat and helia. My forecast is clear.

helia, in Canada we have long-form census that random households have to answer, but I don't think that they keep coming back to ask again.

Breakfast for dog. She did a lot of will she won’t she but ate it in the end.
Made my usual breakfast of vegetables and rice. Dog begged hard for pieces of carrot from my dish.
Cut up Apoquel for pill organizer
Apoquel and new container of dog food for Germane: rejected

Quick scrub of bathtub
Checked ISP web site to see if it gives updates/confirmation: no
Put away dry laundry

Started batching duck into a bowl for me and meal containers for Germane
Started stripping duck: it made my hands so greasy that I couldn’t handle the knife safely so stopped after adding some meat to my bowl and Germane’s meal containers
Batched up all of the broth/veg from slow cooker
Served Germane a helping.
Put rice on to cook

WTG on getting everything done for the day, L.Ann!

So far I'm giving my new ISP a 2/5 rating. I've gone through the boxes and there is no coax cable. They sent me two ethernet cables, which we all have a pile of in our houses, but no coax cable is specialized to their type of network. So I called their support number to see what gives, and have been on the phone for half an hour now. Not a great introduction so far.

Okey, it took an hour to reach an agent, but he was helpful at least. He confirmed that they don't include the coax cable. They assume that you have one already, or you have to buy one and they will refund the cost. Which is bizarre because they assume that you don't have ethernet cables and send you two of them. But at least we have a plan. I'll pop out and buy the cable tomorrow.

doggedly, thanks for the intro to all those holidays falling on the same day! passover and EAster week someitmes fall together, but I've never heard of all these together.
kittykatt, measles vaccine is usually given at 12-15 months, then repeated around age 5 (4-6). I've missed - what's happening tha tyou need birth and marriage certificates?

Bama, 22 is atough age to parent - they want to be independent and they still need parental support
BTW, shingles itself is n't contagious. It is due to the presence of the chickenpox virus that remains in the body from years prior. The shingles vaccine prevents it from reactivating. The vaccine is very effective and shingles is very painful.

I went to a funeral on Valentines day
And had supper with MrVKM, then returned to my house where we had dessert (restaurant desserts are so expensive!)
He returned on Sunday and helped take down outdoor Christmas decorations, since we had several days in the 50s and the surface ground was thawed enough to do that.
Today I baked some healthy, low fat, banana oatmeal muffins and brought a few to him for his breakfast the next few days. Stayed for a little while just to visit. He has to go to bed very early because he starts work in what is basically middle of the night.
Came home, did senior day grocery shopping. The DW has run through, but I think unloading it will be tomorrow.
I have to go to bed early myself, becuase I have tree trimmer tomorrow early morning, while ground is still frozen - temps are dropping tonight.
Then video DR visit for dfBS
And of course Ash Wednesday church in the evening.

Tried sneaking an Apoquel in, as I had to toss the food with the last attempt

Took Germane for a carry around the building

Morning all. Looks like a busy day here. I have been kinda hit and miss posting maybe just cause I don't have much new to report. I have been very unmotivated at home somehow. Ds did quite a bit of cooking last week and now it seems like he has the cold I had then. I've putttered in the kitchen never all the way finished.. laundry usually stays caught up. I put a bunch away yesterday but there's a load needs dryer. I Sweep everywhere every few days. Other than that Monday was family day holiday and I didn't do much.

Well ok ds was in bed till almost lunch time.. my hint he was sick. I did some piano and watched a few videos for attempt to learn a new piano style. More to watch today. And try some. But that was a minor music break through lol. The rest of the day was taking an hour to figure out much by going to pick up a few things to eat.

My blanket is still sitting here just need to make one more row and decide if I have yarn for one more or how to finish it. Technically the pattern should end with the double crochet row then a straight single crochet. The color rotation is perfect for dark edge but I think it only has enough for one row and part? Just means pick up the hook and see.

H is coming this morning. Will ds go to school. Probably just as well. He made no effort to do thd zones for wrestling and maybe not have qualified for provincial. Most of the team is going to provincial this morning and he is sick anyway so just as well. I need to do whb. Some cleaning. Piano work.. finish my blanket. Someone asked it's actually supposed to fit my craft room color scheme a throw for that bed just cause.
