I have been bringing food in - door d. and dislike it.
we have had my brother here and lots of people - yesterday I had 6 people stop by that I didn't know were coming.
I haven't had a menu for a few days and it go backward with cooking - time to gt back to it.
it is always a joy to be here with you!

I had deli chicken yesterday yum!
I have been cooking I realize a pumpkin custard early on in the week,
boiled egg too, spaghetti squash last evening and a corn bread today already.
So it's not an unusual event just part of my regular routines now.

Crock pot pork outside on the deck is my plan today!
With veg. later.

Salmon Spread
One packed of pink salmon [not the one with bagel in the flavor I made that mistake.]
One package of cream cheese I use the philly one.
lemon pepper to taste if desired
some pink salt to taste

I heat the cream cheese a bit to make it soft
drained the salmon pouch and added it to the cream cheese.
Had it with toast / on a wrap so far / on a cracker / and just on a spoon.
All are good.

[They have salmon spead in my store but not all carry that.]
