☀️Good morning!

Leave it to you all to teach me so much about so many different topics, just in a title.

Trissie, good luck to dbd at the swim training, sounds intense. And to you with your seminar, which should be close to the end by now if my time guess is right, it should be 12-1:00 there?

Kittykatt, love your garden. What are the bell shaped blooms? Lots of tlc goes into the upkeep.
Yes, I love them all but certain pets do seem to reach deeper.

Kitkat, I’m glad the heat is helping your back and not preventing workouts. I do hope the Easter bunny moves on, away from dpup’s curiosity.

Gma, good luck with your paper. I will be tackling some today too so maybe we can coax each other through (if you dread it like I do).

Dogged, I hope you and Germane had a peaceful, uneventful night.

And now to the regular programming :-)
Done with the seminar. Left me depressed, because it's things the company should be doing by law and I know I will never convince anybody to do it. But it's nice outside and that's what I will concentrate on!

Bama, by law, the schools must offer 20 hours of swimming lessons per year for grade 2-4. It used to be done on weekly basis, but nowadays they prefer to do it in one go. Sucks if your kid happens to be sick that week, but spares you having to ready a swimsuit every week for the whole term!
helia, yay for being organized enough to have a passport renewed in time!
kittykatt, did you have the coffee in your garden?
kitkat, so who was inhabiting the hole in the ground? you leave us hanging there! :-)

Hi, all. I had a heavy day planned for today, but a migraine and weird exhaustion have narrowed my vision to what I can get done while out of bed for short periods. Germane has had her heart pill and I have changed her pee pads. On my next expedition from the bed, I gave the dentist's office my credit card information and warmed up some rice and veg for my breakfast. And now I'm heading back. I wish you all a productive and pleasant day!

Dogged - hope you feel better. Migraines are so nasty. Stay away from the screen for a bit. (((((((()))))))))
Oh, trissie they were baby bunnies... and I kept them fenced off. Once I thought it was safe to reopen, as they vacated their hiding place, I was out with ddog in the rain... She started sniffing on the other side... I went closer: there were two picture perfect little bunnies huddled together. Thankfully, they were smart enough not to move. DDog sniffed them and I was able to call her away. (Phew!) Had they run, she would have chased, guaranteed.

Thanks Bama - how is Beau?
helia - me too, thanks:) Yes, I am able to move- just need to modify exercises.
Nice to have help with cooking!

Back from my outdoor adventures:) (pup drop, art store, hardware store and lunch) We had a salad with DD - that should keep me going

Next:
sweep in front
start a lol
move salt containers (back permitting)

Thanks, kitkat. I don't know if it was the pill, the food, the coffee or the 13 hours of lying around, but I am feeling more myself. I can still feel the headache in the background, but I can get up and move around without feeling the immediate need to lie back down.

My bff who has the pack of hounds used to have an issue with rabbits that insisted on picking her yard to raise the next generation. She not only had an entire pack of Walker hounds that had free access to the yard, but she had cats that hunted as well. Having seen the ridiculous nests of North American rabbits, I have concluded that, like hamsters, their place in the food chain is to convert cellulose into digestible protein and make it available as quickly as possible.

You have had a busy day, L.Ann. Welcome back.

kitkat, baby bunnies, so cute! Glad you were able to protect them from your doggie!
Dogged, feel better soon! At least it hit you on a day when you can take it as slowly as your body needs!
L.Ann, hoping the day will get better now!

Make plans... well mine did not include a super long (1:15 hour) call with a colleague - head of another department - who is half ready to quit over the same person as the one with whom I had conflicts in January. It did make me realize some patterns which I did not see that clearly earlier. But I still don't know what to do about it, other than realize that there are forces in play which I cannot do anything about.

TaDas

LOL Doggedly! Dh and I have come to the same conclusion regarding rabbits and other small rodents. A certain number are just meant to become nutrients for prey animals. I hope your migraine goes away soon.
That's a long phone call after a long seminar, trissie. Maybe there's comfort in knowing others are having issues with the same colleague -- or maybe that's not comforting at all. :? Love the Sartre quote.
Did you have to leave your breakfast to pick up DD33, L Ann? Hoping the rest of your day is just normal crazy.
Glad you got lunch with DD, kitkat.

My day has also gone slightly sideways, just dealing with small fires at payroll. While AC is out of town, I'm sort of the stand in academic director -- but I'm not at the school today. Two small issues  a lot of messaging. LOL! I think everything is OK.

I'm going to wait a little longer before I go out for a jog. My pupils were dilated for the eye exam, and they're still a little light sensitive. It's actually kind of sunny outside! :) I want to be able to enjoy that.

Next:
- update calendly
- make bed
- some qt

Later:
- some qt
- all laundry folded and put away
- dress to jog
- JOG
- spiff MBR
- spiff living areas
- s/s main bathroom
- lists in notebook
- payroll: update calendly
- payroll: prep for IW D4
- payroll: make assignment sheet
- 6:30 host Tuesday dinner crew
- after dinner clean up
- duolingo
- update health apps
- try to order wedding gift again

TaDas!
- up; weighed self - moving down
- coffee
- email deletions + weather website
- back exercises
- s2s and self care
- reclaimed kitchen
- gathered everything and otd late at 8:55
- 9 - 9:55 KS2J get together
-10:20 - 11:20ish eye appointment - dilated my pupils; everything is fine! No new prescription needed.
- Kroger - wearing sunglasses bc my pupils were dilated
- payroll: many messages while I was shopping for groceries with dilated pupils - 1 teacher had no students show up (it's a very small class) --> when could he be released to go home? He was very happy and apparently filled the white board with Japanese words as he practiced while waiting for students.
- gassed the car
- home; put groceries away
- lunch
- payroll: many messages re: teacher LH couldn't find the physical teacher book to go with one of her textbooks. We actually don't have a physical copy, so I reminded her of the digital copy in the drive and materials online.
- after lunch clean up
