Ok after errands CI ~
I can put this on page #2 These are my Anti. P. tasks.
Went to the bank for a wallet refill.
The other items happened also got a check for the prop. taxes. I wrote on a card
and explained to the teller to prevent mix up like last time I was in.
$ for mower dson is going to order; dropped that off.
Got the prop. taxes paid.
Drove to do that as I needed to run that rig.

Got my gift card for books gardening ones and ________ the other is unsure at the moment.
Maybe seeds... time will tell. Got a book at the court house My Life In France by Julia Child.
Were I paid taxed they have a book drop off for people waiting like for jury duty. I luv auto biographies
and could not resist that one!
Point of Interest:
I have on my new shirt for the 1st time it was nice for doing errands.

Came home walked ddoggo.
Now to think about lunch.
The table got some much needed attn.
Now for the desk it's in an ACK suction at the moment!

helper had to go to a meeting and will be gone for about 2-3 hours
I put mom to bed but I don't think she will sleep - she was sleeping in her chair

looked up a place to get shades for mom's room

took a shower

look at you d Nancy with the errands being done.
glad you had a nice walk with d dog.

hello d lady - raising teens isn't always easy. The fact that you question yourself as well show what a great mom you are! they think they really understand or believe they know better. what is acceptable and what is not is a good thing.
hope the weather holds off for your dd for th concert.

hello d mystery good day to you too
that weather sounds so bad. glad you made it home safe after school
cheering you on as you do your work

hello d twins thank you!
nothing better than a little of this and that - cheering you as you get things done

hello do all.

we have the gutter guys here now.
the company that put up the shutters - the same that did the siding - oh my - I have ordered that the shutters come down - they put up the cheapest beige or old white shutters that look cheap - horrible work from this company. I should have trusted my opinion - but it's not the builders fault - I will say I have never seen such poor work from a company - all the other companies have been fantastic.
it is always a joy to be here with you!

every so often I do an April fools spoof on my family - when the kids were you I would put googlie eyes on the milk etc. - silly things.

dh knows - but I bought a temporary blue chalk dye to spoof my dd older. it brushes out. I will put a blue strip in and see what she says. dh is going to tell her that you can't believe what your mother has done. (pretending like I went to get it done).

I will let you know if she sees the spoof right away. ;)

How wonderful, Nancy! I love seeing wildlife right among us, as long as they're not eating all the shrubs.

Errands done for now. Car washed, not all bugs came off but better than it was. Gassed up the car. Post office - HOA pool permit was there so I dropped it off at pool chairperson's mailbox on the way home. UPS for DAR stuff. Stopped at Food Lion to see if they had any Passover goods, nothing there. Decided I'll go to the plant nursery tomorrow after my workout - it's not far from there but it a long way from here.

I think that is everything on list except for dailies. Going to do one - clean stovetop and head upstairs for a bit.

Ddog is enjoying the sun outside.

TA DA!! All pots and pans are done! All dishes are done! All clean laundry is away! Dh and I went out for breakfast and a whole bunch of errands got done, including a trip to the landfill!

There is a full moon tonight called the "Pink moon" but the name doesn't mean the moon will be pink. Did anyone watch the rocket taking off? I did and dh looked up from his computer for parts of it.

There are purple and yellow flowers blooming in our front garden. I think there are jonquils and daffodils coming up under the maple tree out front as well!
Dishes never stop.
Laundry never stops.
Litter boxes never stop.
Paper never stops.

I have 3 live weather channels playing while watching the storms. The Dominator 3 was in our town earlier today while it was traveling toward the storms. It never a good sign when they bring the Dominator 3 to chase storms.
I'm texting with DD49 about weather. There is a slight chance they can make the 1.5 hour drive on the interstate without getting caught in the worst of the storm. The storm line is traveling parallel to the Interstate so it would be safer to not drive the interstate and switch to the rural highways so there are options. As long as DD49 stays calm, they should be okay.
Sometimes I worry unnecessarily.

Oh, YES, we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful lift-off and successful launch, Cathy. Thought it was terrific when the astronaut who was speaking (Love?) said, "Great view. Seeing the moonrise." or something like that. And the fellow from the Houston base announced, "Commander Love ( I think) has seen his destination." I'm sure I don't have that conversation exactly right, but very inspiring, uplifting if I am allowed a pun.

I was able to remind ddolder's household and she and the 2 youngest were available to watch. WonderBoy volunteering at the library. Tomorrow we go over there for lunch.

Ds' children came by to say goodbye because they will be away for their trip to the coast for fishing, returning after a week.

Dd27 returned a call to me from when I was letting her know about the launch and we chatted as she drove home. Her activity this evening will be making date cookies for a Syrian coworker.

blessed, you look maaaarvelous!

Nancy, you remind me that I have a new shirt, too, and can wear it to ddolder's tomorrow.

Mystery, what about "an apple a day"? Don't know if that is helpful for you right now, but at least an old adage with some validity. I went to look at the powder I use in smoothies and it is 6g fiber (21 percent dv) for two scoops serving and I only use one scoop, so not exciting but still good. Kachava. Protein, which I never pay attn to, is 25g for two scoops. The draw for this one is the nutrient density.

DD14 made it home safe through the stormy drive. **** Big Sigh of Relief***

Now I can quit watching the live storm feeds and tracking DD14 on Life360.

Hurray for feeling relieved, LadyM, and feeling that you can get a good night's sleep tonight.

Wondering how long little Coco stays with Ramblin'.

lucylee, that's great that your dmother feels so confident about her walks. Hope your day was less hectic today.

I am stretching between bouts (smile) of sort of tedious sewing. HRH is happily chatting away in his office and not paying me any attention. I yelped when I stuck myself with a pin earlier and he didn't even know, so that's as it should be, really.

Didn't start this until laundry and kitchen finishes were certain. Trying to be good. ;)

Must stop soon because I need to wrap a present, and also admit that I actually do know what time it is.
