Oh so good to see Harriet and her report elsewhere! Btw I did nothing but listen, and relay that Harriet was attending to matters. Thank you Harriet!

That is twins dad in the foreground. I have on a sweatshirt with legs covered in beach towels.

So good to see everyone! Whew!
THANKS to Harriet, HRH, and Twins!

I just got home from lunch with friend, paid the additional amount due on insurance policy, and paid water bill. Met dmom at AT&T office, reset her password, but I still need to go online to update credit card. AT&T has a situation where the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. 🙄
Tomorrow is another day.

We are having meatloaf and baked potatoes for supper. No veg at this moment, but I might change my mind. The PSW wanted to see our raised gardens. I thought the chives had died last year, so when I saw we had some I decided I would celebrate with baked potatoes for supper with sour cream and chives (and butter).

I dealt with Canada Revenue Agency today after getting a call from the person doing our taxes. Somehow my info wasn't correct at some point. Therefore I had to call CRA and answer a lot of security questions. I guess I passed because I'm legit now. Proves that our previous accountant didn't do his job correctly. ~sigh~ Oh, well, I can put a check mark beside (Did I "adult" this week?) Yep.

It takes both Mystery AND Cathy to get through to me what day we're celebrating, and still needed to read twice. Sidetracked today so much.

Thanks for the letting us in on the day and for the link to photo, Twins' Mom. We're just so glad you're safe and sound, but since you're obviously having a great time, we're even gladder.

LadyM, now tell me which is Sam again - ds' big dog? Nice to give attention to comfort like that. Thinking of you two and also sorta thinking the numerical score becomes less informative at some point. An actual 3 percent of what (not really asking), since that makes it sound like it's no longer measuring the same things... .. does that even make sense... .. I mean, he is out working on fence sections in the garden.

blessed, SO glad you realized we'd gotten back here.

Nancy, another tomato, hope it does well for you.

Yesterday afternoon I potted up 3 of remaining plants, 2 floral, into a medium planter that is so beautiful I had to take a photo this morning in the dappled light. Good enough for a calendar. There was some element each from ddolder, ds and dd27, plus HRH, so I sent photo to all.

I need to get a move on. The time for the arrival tomorrow has come through, finally, and it will be 6 a.m. Yipes. We will likely be up at 4, leaving at 5, so next up:
Get drip dries out of the shower
shower now - too chancy and cold in the morning
then some irrigation after I am not using water, lol
then finish the kitchen, dishwasher
in bed as early as possible

Mystery, you and I will both be fine. I have confidence! Medical advancement - it's a wonder!

Sam is 40lb Whipple (similar to greyhound) dog. Sam prefers outside but is brought inside at night and when daytime weather isn't optimal.

I greatly underestimated how long it is going to take to get Sam's yard done. I thought since it is the smallest section (about 1/4 of our back yard) that it would be quick. HA! I was so wrong. It is mowed and 75% weed eated. I trimmed one of the 5 trees and now have a huge pile of branches to haul to the fire pit. I suspect Sam's yard is going to be more like a week-long project instead of one day. OHSss well. I do enjoy doing it so will continue with the effort each day until it is done.

lucylee, I was trying to figure that out... .. you mean, you and your mother were there in person, but couldn't get everything done without also going online? This is a communications company. :|

Correction to my evening. I can't water anything now. HRH started thinking about driving in the dark a.m. to somewhere he's only driven once in daylight, and wants to go to bed even earlier, so we'll postpone watering. That's all well and good except, I'm already a little antsy and wonder if I can sleep. Also have one more eyedrop and it's not quite time, and hair is still wet. Sigh.

A funny today - on phone with consultant who was sending me an email in the moment, to show me a page. Instead of being titled, "hosting response" as intended, there was a slight spelling error, and it autocorrected. It said, "hosting rescues". Yes, please.

I have been on the p.m. routine some what dishes are done.
I have more weeds in the carport patio area.
I''ll put em in the trailer later.
Just glad for the containers and main part I see has been picked up.
The rest is for another day maybe days week or month how ever long it takes.
Got my new tomato plant in the ground.
Just happy with the progress.

This made me LOL, Harriet! Yes. Yes, it is. And one would think they would be able to manage these things a little better, wouldn't one?
On the contrary, I was still not able to get into her (newly established) account online, because it wanted to send a "code" via text or email to her, and she had gone on home to her house, and I was at my house.
Tomorrow, I will try to talk to someone on the phone for this situation. At least today, I did talk to a normal human being, a very nice lady whom I could understand perfectly. IF tomorrow is disappointing to me again, dmom is just going to have to deal with these people on her own. We all have our own little quirks -- for instance, I panic at the thought of travel... dmom panics (I think) at the thought of being on hold on the phone for indeterminate lengths of time.

I have towels in the dryer, but no dirty dishes in the sink. I have mostly lain on the couch this afternoon, not wanting to stir up dust again. I am still struggling with this sinus thing. I'm going to go take a shower and get in bed. I have nothing to do tomorrow outside the house, so I plan to finish laundry and make the DPC.

OH -- a funny (and a joy, because y'all remember I was worried about this) -- DGD made it home quite safely this evening from the field trip to our state capital. She had a good time, but she said she fell asleep while they were at the White House of the Confederacy. DS asked her, "Well, do you know who won the war?" She said, 'No." She said one of the teachers woke her up when it was time to move on. I am ROFLOL. They left at 5:30 this morning, so it was a pretty long day! For souvenirs she bought a little foldable fan and a mermaid. I told her yes, we were known for our mermaids in this state.
Tomorrow is another day.
