I have a fun new prayer shawl I'm doing up currently with turquoise blue, white, pink & now just
added lavender, a liter shade of pink will be added maybe after yellow. It's apx. 12" in length now.
Up date on my knitting it's as long as my arm now.

You work in color combos that sound so pretty, Nancy.

I am getting to the point that my "new" eyes are feeling pretty well and working better together, not having to close one to get a "bead" on things, lol. And I have purchased inexpensive reading glasses that I've figured out how to hang around my neck securely, so I can grab them OR let them go, whichever works at the moment. A whole set of hangars, called "glasses straps" or "lanyards" or "eyeglass chains", even though they are cloth or thin strips of suede.

Reading glasses seem to help at the sewing machine.

So, hopefully, I can get back to doing segments of quilting and feel confident. I did a practice curving line near the "sky" and found that one blue thread just doesn't work for that but the other does. Now trying to decide whether I need more pinning. Not going to obsess. If I need to stop and pin more, that's do-able.
