I have a love/hate relationship with smartwatches. I've worn fitbit devices for over a decade and mostly loved everything about them for many years. However, Google bought Fitbit company in 2021 and has spent the past 5 years slowly dismantling the fitbit app and the smartwatches. Eventually I will be forced to switch to something else, but have delayed doing that because the smartwatch devices are still working.
Yesterday I did find a
fitness dashboard created and ran by volunteers that show the number of hours that has over 250 steps. The data is still being collected by the fitbit smartwatches but the google health app doesn't have an option to show it. This website fills that gap.
