Trissie, I had no idea there were so many variations of peonies! What a lovely week! I have a white one that is a direct descendant of the one that was in my grandmother's yard when mother was growing up (born 1924) a century ago.
Bama, it is certainly the season for double coated dogs to shed profuse clumps
helia, sounds like a great start to the day
Kittykatt, I hope you get to enjoy your gardening today, and daily church too.
Laurlind, you will enjoy being creative with all that new yarn!
Kitkat, I hope a long night sleep gives you good energy for the day
I went to bed early last night, woke up about 330, but got back to sleep in about 15 minutes. I'm not used to being awake at all during the night.
Today I'm at mother's house, tossing things into recycling, getting ready for dsis3 and hubby to arrive this evening. Waiting for the gas company to come (between 8-4 is the "scheduled" time) to check the air conditioner. It's working fine, but they clean out winter debris and check a couple other things as part of Mom's plan.
Electrician came and hooked up the new attic vent fan wires after the hail damage and new shingles.
I'll be doing phone rounds with the medical team for dfBS, and need to make a call before that.
