Good morning
The desk project is having far reaching effects on other areas of my life. Interesting....but only if it brings good results and last. Time will tell.
My laptop did a huge update this morning so it is taking a few extra moments to get it settled and files reopened.

Thank you for opening our part of the village this morning LadyM!
Dishwasher has been filled and turned on.
It's cool and windy this morning. A local cherry farm has posted that they aren't going to be able to sell pails of pie cherries at their farm stand this year as their crop is only at 5% of what it was last year due to the colder temps. They did a side by side picture of last year and this year for the same tree and there is such a difference. They also apologized because they will have to raise the prices this year to cover the costs. Very sad because the trees looked amazing this spring when they were in bloom.
We are having left over spaghetti and sauce tonight.

Morning CI
I did walk dddoggo 15 min. earlier today.
Journaling happened still working on pushing it till after our walk
coffee after too.
I am happy to report the smoke is cleared out and I can see the mtns. & blue sky
on a calm day and cooler temps. yea!
I have plenty of anti P. and desk stuff to do but may need to put it on diff. day.
Supply run is needed sigh seems like there is always more to do than a person has time for
on any given day.
Waving!
Back from Wal- Mart run got Rx too.
Rig is unloaded and food is put away.
Taking a breather got my steps in for today a a bit after ten.

Writing from the passenger seat as we head down to Columbus for the game convention. Hemmed and hawed about bringing the embroidery project to work on in down time but decided against it. Now I’m regretting that. Oh, well, nothing to be done.
Sorry to hear about the cherries.
Going to look at the map for a rest stop now. Have a great day!

Re: What does your Wednesday include PWYC
Went out briefly this a.m. because of that prescription. Just one other errand accomplished, so not very efficient, but it had to be done.
Nancy has me beat for errand efficiency today.
Back home, have been tending the indoor plants (remembering the broccoli, too). Watered outside.
Last night was a terrible night's sleep because of acid reflux, which is such a surprise, very rare for me. I had the old symptom from a decade or two ago of being awakened by it with that ominous feeling in my center chest. I used to mistake this for panic attack or something as I would be waking up - thankfully I remembered that and knew what it was. Time spent trying to cope, then up to take something for it. Better attention to foods I eat for evening meal is needed, I guess. Although HRH ate the same and had no particular trouble. I do also wonder if I should be blaming meds.
Have a wonderful time at the gaming convention, Mystery. I'm sure my dsonil and my ddolder's two older kids would be fascinated by all the hoopla and tournaments. I wish for you that the tee-shirts are not too expensive and lines are short.
lucylee, you really did get a lot done!
Good travel wishes to Twins'.

I laid down in bed for a while. Dh came in but he was constantly moving and the bed felt like it was bouncing. He says he isn't feeling good today and he was cranky earlier. I don't think I got any sleep.
There is a thunderstorm and tornado watch/warning for later tonight.
Today was a pajama day for me.

Anti. P. tasks done.
Store run & pick up Rx.
Bag up two pile of weeds & seeds
Empties out one can of branches and another of seeds.
Delete / move some e-mails.
I'm trying to get some rounds done of these tasks I've been putting off.
Promised my self every day or every other day I would work on some.
Today's went better than anticipated. Yea for that.
Had a snack type lunch b/c I for to get some type of take away food for myself while I was out and about.
Trying to beat the heat sort of rushed at it.
One more quick round raked 3 piles of seeds together to make two yea!

Re: What does your Wednesday include PWYC
Desk project continues with decision after decision. Many of the declutter decisions are falling into the "get rid of it" category. A black 50 gallon bag is collecting the items that will be leaving our home and donated to our favorite charity thrift store.
During the desk cleanup I found a stack of checks from an account I didn't remember having. I took the checks to the bank to verify the account was not active. Nope. We closed that account in 2023. We took them up on their offer to shred the stack of unused checks for us.
Three body shops have given estimate for the deer damage repair. It appears the best option is to replace the destroyed factory bumper with a ranch hand bumper. It seems crazy to me that it is $1400 cheaper to put the ranch hand bumper & grill on the pickup than the factory bumper. That process is implemented with the body shop ordering the bumper.
The new bed frame in DD15 old bedroom has been assembled. The frame broke and before we got it replaced, she moved to a different bedroom and different bed. Her old bedroom has been mostly unused with the new bed parts standing around waiting for someone to assemble them. That finally happened today. It gives us a bedroom for the other grandkids to use when they come to visit.
Ink pens in the washing machine. ARRRRRRRRGHGGGGHHGHGH!
Twice this week we had ink pens go through in the washing machine cycle leaving ink stains on the stainless steel tub.
I am 99% sure it is from DH new habit of clipping ink pens to his shirt pocket. I need to up my game in double/triple checking each pocket before putting clothes in the washer.
A big pot of mac & cheese was made. It is a family favorite. Also hardboiled 14 eggs to make egg salad. I saw someone call that recipe deviled egg dip. The ingredients are the same. Tomato, tomahto >>>shrugging shoulders<<<

Re: What does your Wednesday include PWYC
Afternoon CI /
Got the piles picked up in the front side drive way.
Two more bags yea!
Later / In back prob. not today.
wheel burrow of twigs to move some where, maybe the plant cage for fire starter stuff.
Then I could use my wheel burrow.
I have another pile of twigs to pick up I now have a can freed up that it can go in.
A small pile of sod and weeds to pick up behind the plant cage as well.
And the dreaded onion pile.
Hoping to get to more of this this week.
Dishes are current.
I have a plan ; got easy & quick meals / foods so I do not have to cook & heat up the kitchen.
Bacon for BLT sans, meat to warp around a piece of cream cheese if I want some thing cold.
Sausage if I want that with eggs, cottage cheese & v-8, thinking... I have one pizza left.
They were out of califlower so could not make the dish I was going to with that. Forgot cabbage...
maybe the market smaller and close by will have it when I get fuel later on this week.
I did not get chicken had a lot of that last week. Forgot hb patties but not out of those yet so
I can get em later next time I'm at the store.
Went back outside and scooped up more seeds & leaves I had piled up in the back corners that is great
to have picked up yea! A few more things to cut off with my big pruners that can wait till a cook morning.
