Ohmigoodness, lucylee, your poor aunt. Actually, you were thinking better than I was, since it didn't dawn on me that, yes, the phone call from the bank could have been suspect since this seems like a very unusual occurrence to report. Maybe she wouldn't have to go by the bank if she called her own branch and knew she was calling the correct local number. Of course, on the chance it was a scam of some kind, she might rather be there in person. Oh, AND your poor mechanic!
Well, I got through this day rather normally, so I think I'm back on track in how I feel, getting energy back. HRH and I seem to have gravitated back to our normal, if not all that sensible, schedule. I didn't have to nap today, which may not be such a victory, since yesterday was one long yawn.

Harriet, I hope rotating the tyres solves your car's issues. think the clutch is going to be a 6 hour job, and it may over run I to the next day,. especially.if.they have some quick jobs come.in.(it's only a small garage,.and I can.see.it makes sense.to get little jobs out of the way,.and have those satisfied customers pay and drive off). I've worked it out though,.the car is booked for 20th July, so should be ready either at the.end of that day or on the 21st July, so we'll in time for Freddie's.vet appointment for his regular Solensia injection on 22nd July. And if, by chance it isn't ready,.I'll just take an Uber. I've done it once, so I can do it again.

I dont think that would have helped yesterday though, as it's completely."gone". I get my groceries delivered each week, so that's taken care of, and I can walk to my appointments today.
