Napped hard,
had breakfast at lunch (or snack time)

Got outside and gave some needed attention to plants, also got some watering done.

DgsW, home from camping trip, and dgdC came by riding the four-wheeler.
Got a tick off of dgdC (not attached) and disposed of that.

I made my poor-girl-supper this evening and had sauerkraut with that.

Got a they may cut off the power in the next 48 hrs. text.
So I put water in jugs to freeze 2 in each freezer.
Next i'm going boil up 6 eggs my regular amount for a week.
I have tuna and pb and bread on hand and a new pkg. of hb patties might be
finding some one with a grill. Like all the neighbors I texted dson's s/o & neigboors.

I'm thinking the fire-station here might have a/c.
But I have a basement. :D

Yipes, Nancy. Yes, your basement may be a big help to you and it's good to know FDept is there.
Those words you used are probably the reasons I haven't joined in with quilt groups in the past, "spendy", "involved". Lately it's because I'm not back to social things yet.

blessed, so good to hear you saying your dmother is doing well again. Fun - a new quilt shop coming near you. That is rare! I don't think you and family have been in survival mode so much as just weathering quite a few setbacks. You still rise to the needed occasions and cause thriving.

Cathy, I hope today's blood sugar issues are over quickly for your dh. I need to follow you in mopping my hallway.

bittersweet, oh, no, without power for two weeks, that is tough. What breed and size is Parker? You've always been very good at dog grooming.

LadyM, welcome home Astra and dd15. Nice that ds17 has a new job offer.

Twins', ouch I hope your knee gets better. Wise to postpone workout. Ugh, those projects with the tree roots are hard one. I know you will be glad when those are handled.

Mystery - Well, I pouted a little over having such a non-accountable TOTH kind of day.

but lucylee will tell us tomorrow is another day.
