Yes, it is I.
How ya'll doin' ?
Move It Monday - hurray, I exercised first thing this morning, Nancy, immediately after making the bed.
Makes me feel virtuous and formidable. Also, a little tingly in that good way.
Plus, my silly remote control quit working and I changed the batteries myself. Knew how to put my hand right on the correct size - that's the real victory, the organization. So, I didn't allow myself to get sidetracked.
A laundry push today
I need to redeem the laundry area from HRH's load. (He always forgets where he last left it - he's too busy and fascinated by interesting things to avoid absentmindedness. But he's cute - he gets away with it.)
And then, I've got a couple loads waiting.
Very tempting to think of the day in TOTHs.

how wonderful that you exercised after you made your bed! wonderful for you!
wonderful plus - knowing where the batteries were and replacing the remotes batteries - hurray
he's cute - he gets away with it.
happy laundry day!
HI D NANCY Yay on morning chores - yay - glad you feel better. happy DUMP THE TRASH day.
enjoy your time with your dd - happy work together day to you!!!
I think mom is finally up - I need to go in her room and say good morning, get her meds together, make her breakfast- I need to put her shelves back up. and cloths back in.
some good: we are now checking her blood pressure before bed so that we don't give valsartan if her bp is lower - that with the furosemide made her wash out. She is doing better! enjoying the moment
so far: bathrooms: swish and swipes done - dh's bathroom is such a challenge - its so bad but I am hoping the daily swish and swipe (sans weekends) will help get the bathroom done.
picked up some metal pieces in yard. it is very humid. Gracie dog still has bandage on and it will be checked tomorrow - I am not throwing the ball until she heals - the dog pool isn't filled
I need to rinse the bathroom shower - dd has been using the daily spray in the shower and that is helping.
look for trash and donations CLUTTER STOPS HERE - maybe I will make a sign and picket my house -
even though I am one of the clutterer people.
kitchen dailies - dh is doing the dishes
I also want to wash the wood trim in the kitchen so I can paint it soon
next - clean dog bowls,
dog stuff
clean bird feeders
clean bird baths
DOGS: OUT BUT NOT RUN - TRAIN WORK (KENNEL/SPOT TIME AS I STOPPED DOING THIS AND THEIR BEHAVIOR NEEDS TWEAKING)
MOM FITNESS TWICE TODAY AND MASSAGE AT NIGHT

Re: Move It Mnday PWYC 8-3-26
Good morning
((((Group Hugs)))) Thank you for the feedback on yesterday interaction with the person at our front door. I keep second guessing my decision to not let her in. You've given me peace that it was the right decision.
This is the last Monday with no school schedule. I am embracing the empty schedule today while enjoying the extra moments.
When I woke up naturally, my feet hit the floor ready to get going. After weeks of hip/knee pain, it seems to mostly be gone. I am not missing that pain a bit although I am still cautious and aware to move with correct posture. When my knee/hip pain was happening, I unconsciously changed the way I walk to compensate. I've decided to not take Astra on my hourly walks because part of those walks is the purposely realigning my body by swinging arms, shoulders back, hips loose, and feet placed straight ahead with heel to toe action when taking a step. Poor posture and unnatural walking pattern seem to be so easy to slide into. Who knew getting older requires so much awareness & thought while moving body?
The D's are underway and in good shape
** Dishes stay done because they are always in progress. Every time I walk into the kitchen i do the next thing for just a moment or two. Wash or put away. Wipe. It just take a moment.
** Duds are done. Wash, dry, put away. One load a day means the laundry basket stays empty.
** Dinner is planned and prep in progress
** Declutter is happening easily because I'm doing bookshelves. I set the daily declutter success bar low - extremely low - one book decluttered is a WIN.
This is DS17 birthday week. He doesn't want a party. Doesn't want a cake. Doesn't have any suggestion for a gift.
Sooooo.....how to celebrate it? hum....

Re: Move It Mnday PWYC 8-3-26
Very weird that I couldn't get here for awhile earlier. Did Harriet work some magic, lol?
I'm not moving very quickly either, Nancy. But I see it's been a couple of hours since you posted so you're probably up to speed now.
bw2, always glad to see you too!
Dh has gone to bowl - hoping he picks it up again on Mondays. I am working out at two - already in workout clothes so hoping that will help me avoid reasons not to work out. Once over, I need to get home and s2s and we're having supper w dfriends that we haven't seen in awhile.

Ah-oh. No, Twins'. I didn't know about anything. hope all is well... ..
Nice to hear your dh's bowling might become a regularly scheduled enjoyment for him.
LadyM, I'm glad - I was sort of thinking I'd sounded like a buttinsky. (spell check likes that spelling - who knew?)
Have the celebration for a 17-year-old the way you want - when he has flown you won't have the same chances. Embarrass him now while you still can.
Well, it's TOTH.
I've got HRH's laundry folded and dismissed. He's going to have to put it away himself. I don't even know which drawer.
Brunch was cooking this time, oatmeal and fruits.
Mopping the kitchen up next.

Re: Move It Mnday PWYC 8-3-26
Yesterday I realized our downstairs printer needed its color ink refill and I can not find it. Dh was growling about not being able to print and was making me crazy, and I was trying to print also. Happened once before many years ago and they just sent more - when you have the instant ink plan you can't even go buy a cartridge to replace it...can print black and white but have to tell that printer that (at the printer) every time.
Power company returned phone call about cemetery. And used HP online chat to order ink cartridge.
I'm also running the roomba downstairs.
