What amazing feats of magic will be accomplished today in the village! Just imagine us as old-fashioned magicians, maybe on the Ed Sullivan show? We'll unveil our magically completed tasks, and cry "Ta Da!"
Here, I was up earlier than I have been, and ddog is walked already! Ta Da! And garbage is out! Ta Da!

Re: Ta Da Tuesday PWYC
I have a meeting at temple at 11 re the cemetery software. Supposedly the controlling prez is going to let me have access to it, finally. I need a tutorial, I don't know if he will help out much. He's always way way way too busy because he takes on too many things and won't let others assist or control.
I need to s2s next, since ddog is walked and settled back in.

Re: Ta Da Tuesday PWYC
Good morning
TADA!
** DD15 delivered to school including an entertaining discussion about the amount of unhealthy ingredients in dog food and treats. She is a avid researcher and serious about only the best for her puppy.
** DS18 launched to work with a discussion about how to get his daily vitamin & acne meds taken consistently in the evenings. He takes Wegovy in morning, and it isn't supposed to have anything else taken with it. He asked that I keep his evening meds next to my chair and he will take them when he comes to talk to me each evening. This needs to be tweaked to make him more independent, but baby stepping our way through this process.
** DH helped me gather the trash from throughout the house and take it to the road. We won the "Beat the trash truck" race this morning.
I'm waiting on call from EEG people for decision on next step. Will they send another person to attach the electrodes again and restart the EEG test? I suspect that insurance won't pay for this trip so I need to ask how much extra it is going to cost since it will be out-of-pocket.

Re: Ta Da Tuesday PWYC
Twins', thanks for sending us your cheerful start today.
I hope you'll have effortless acceptance and use of the software. They have no idea how efficient they are about to become.
Unveiling my morning magic of declutter through the den, cleaning through the kitchen. Then back to den with the Pledge, lol.
I'd like to vacuum the den rug next.
Today we finish the donation and gifting of the last of the pet items. Company coming late morning for that.
Finally, dgsW's bday present arrived, so we've sent a mysterious message and expect him to come today. It's a brand emblem for the back of his used pickup, which he can't drive into the world yet. Replacing one that's seen better days. HRH doesn't want to wrap it because it's sort of man-to-man, ya' know.
Was interrupted.
The pet items are all off to others.
They called in advance, so I did get the rug vacuumed, too.

good morning/afternoon
we are having storms here but not as bad as in Chicago - they are saying that they will get wind and pouring rain.

Re: Ta Da Tuesday PWYC
I am having the inside brat talking and pouting to me as I do work - she is a grump!!! I kept telling myself - "this is soooooo boring, oh my goodness"
what a stinker I can be. I haven't stomped my foot yet but I am definitely feeling bratty
So far I have been working in the laundry room, cleaned the walls, washed off the doors, cleaned the outside of the washer and dryer, dusted between the machines (so much dog hair even though I did this job last tuesday).
laundry flip flop done
mom is up and her brain and humor is fantastic. She got furosemide today so dd older, d helper and I will see how she does.
She was coughing last night and I thought today was best instead of waiting until tomorrow. She has a dr. appointment on Friday and we have a wedding shower for which she is invited to.
last night I was exhausted - dd older took care of mom's bathroom, meds, and putting her to bed for me. it was wonderful.
this morning she changed her and got her to the bathroom. I fed her and got her her meds. had a lovely morning.
she was so funny this morning - everyone was still asleep and she was wide awake- I asked if she could give me a little more time -she smiled and said "I will close one eye and let your rest" as she closed her eye.
very sweet.
Next I don't wanna job: put away in the laundry room (toss if I don't need it)
vacuum and wash under shelves and sink

Re: Ta Da Tuesday PWYC
Good afternoon! (Or it will be by the time I finish writing this.)
Having another rough morning. It is gloomy again, and I’d better get used to it, because that’s the forecast for the rest of the week. Not sure what I will do in a couple of weeks, when DH starts leaving for work earlier (actually, from what he’s said, it will be next week, as there are faculty days and student orientation before classes start) and DC heads back to school. I shouldn’t have to get up early for DC’s sake, as they will be able to drive themself unless I need the car for some reason, but they are horrible at getting up on their own. Which do I want more, for them to be responsible or for them to be successful? I want both, of course. I was just talking to them, and they were saying they wanted to up their alarm game (in not so few words). I may need to do the same if it is going to continue to be so gloomy. I’ll set a backup alarm with “Mr. Blue Sky,” and if that doesn’t wake me, I don’t know what will.
Sorry about blessed’s poor pupper. I hope that paw heals soon.
Goodness, LadyM, you’ve got things coming at you from all directions! I hope they’re able to figure something out with the EEG.
Harriet, you make me glad my DH has always had a variety of hats.
I do hope you’ve got proper access to the cemetery software now, Twins.
You know how to take advantage of an early morning, Nancy!
You’re getting more done feeling bratty than I get done on a good day, blessed! Is your mom able to get out enough to go to the shower?
I have book club this evening. We are eating dessert first and going for ice cream before dinnertime. I have to make sure DH has something to cook while I’m gone — we are scraping the bottom of the barrel here. So that’s on the agenda. Next up, though, is to finally clean up my breakfast before I make lunch. Have a great day, everyone!
