Lucylee, I've been the same way about bedtime lately. It's 10 or 10:30 and I think I'll read/surf the web/whatever for a few more minutes and end up being up way way too late.
Haircut looks great as always. Of course, I'll s2s later after workout and it's gone. Never looks the same when I do it.
Making a grocery list for Instacart for the stuff I need for brisket tomorrow. Although, I may have to have it delivered in the a.m. tho.
Great words from James Clear. Yes, I'd rather have that hour earlier...
Nancy had a peach with ricotta cheese as part of my breakfast. They are so good right now!
I'm feeling like a ping pong ball back and forth today, need to leave in less than an hour for workout.

I’m doing indoor camping without the bugs
Huge pot of water on the stove and heated up. Using it to wash dishes and other house cleaning.
Have a smaller pot heated up so we can wash our faces and other health care
Plumber will be here between 3-5 which is good because I have a few errands to run
Poof!!!!

Hi!
LucyLee I didn't get any flooding. We don't have a basement. Hundreds of homes in the Niagara Region got flooded. Those people are flooding FBook with all their fretting about the fact that it is raining.
Any way... it's pouring rain here for the second day in a row.
We are having leftover ribs and coleslaw again tonight.

Reminding myself to appreciate having hot water with the simple turn of a faucet handle.
Declutter is in an easy mode. I am decluttering DH books that he can't read anymore. He can still read for pleasure but can't do research like he used to do. All of his reference books are gathering dust. I think it is an act of kindness for them to not be a reminder of what he can't do anymore. Let them go and hopefully they will be a blessing to someone else.

Can't believe it's soup weather there Nancy. I'm with LadyM. Although not as hot as it is for her, we have endless day of little chance of rain and 90+ weather. In the next 10 days, there's one day with a 35% chance of rain.
Great workout today. I am beat. I'm going upstairs for a little down time, then will need to take shower.

More phone calls to big city hospital complex resulting in no progress. I discussed the situation with DH and we made joint decision to see our family doctor to request that he prescribe epilepsy meds. This decision will void the ability to do the EMU (epilepsy monitor unit) in big city hospital but that seems to be a lost cause anyway. IMHO DH is in near crisis mode with each episode getting worse so staying in waiting mode doing nothing seems to be a bad option. We have appt tomorrow with family doctor to see what he says.
Time to get DD15 from school. *POOF*
.........later
At the last moment I remembered DD15 is staying after school this week to work on float for the parade. I ended up picking her up at 5pm instead of 3. DD15 is in her creative happy place with all this artsy creation in designing the float pieces and parts.
I've placed a fairly large curbside order for tomorrow after we get out of the doctor office. It includes frozen items so I'm hesitating but hopefully it won't be melted by the time they shop the items, get it to our vehicle, we make the drive home, and get it unloaded in the 100+F heat.

Re: Motivated Monday PWYC
Hi, sorry to have been off on tangents.
So little time between trips to drs makes me either stress out and hurry on chores OR be a brat and a tangent-magnet.
There has been progress, especially re: extra laundry, mopping
Another appt tomorrow morning. Just follow-up but stressful. Haven't seen this particular person in a year, but did see her NP. I've made out a 4x6 index card with notes because meds are confusing, with when I've been on and off them, and which dr made which decision. I had to search here for certainty about dates as well as the online chart for dr's notes (ugh) and old planner from last year.
btw, recent change of med may not be a good idea.
((Ramblin')) hugs for the frustration.
Belated wishes to lucylee, to Harmony of course, to Twins' Mom and Twins' Dad.
Costumelady, I hope you get some resolution in waiting on the CE decision.
lucylee, the weather here is warm/hot but not enough to get me into shorts.
"Endless days of little chance of rain" - yes, us too, Twins', and it's not pretty.
one of the tangents, maybe because of needing past info from old planner, has been about searching for a planner concept for next year. So many decent ones have almost entirely gone over to school-year summer-to-summer rather than calendar year concept and that doesn't make sense for my life.
Nancy, lucylee - Varying levels of do-it-yourself can lose some of the convenience of planners, but may be the way I decide to go.
I also shopped for better (?) bras (oh, the futility) now that I do have some new tops in the wardrobe. Hope springs eternal.
After tomorrow's appt, it looks like we will have almost 2 weeks without a doctor's appt, but I hesitate to count on it. After that, 2 in the same week.
