I create quick spreadsheets to print so I can track on paper. I don't spend a lot of time making them pretty because it will only be used for a month. I just want them functional. This is what I am using to track September effort that I'm posting in Health & Fitness forum.what is your tracker?

Have not CUOPed except to look at LadyM's tracking. I love it!
Ta das:
massage
drugstore
post office
ulta for (believe it or not) makeup. I wear it so rarely that it's been years since I've replenished but I decided I'd like to.
I put off washing and vacuuming the car. It's already "feels like" 98 degrees.
I need to get instacart groceries in and fix myself brunch. Feeling peckish.

LadyM, it has been 40 years. '"The days are long but the years are short." It was wonderful to celebrate with good friends. Both dkids texted us last night while we were out.
bw2, you are just a whirl of activities today. You're inspiring. Honestly, I might clean my oven once year? Hate to do it in the summer when it's so hot already.
Nancy, our trash went out last night. Deer are rare enough here that I enjoy seeing them occasionally like you do.
I'm finishing my brunch. Still more of a.m. routine to do, I didn't get until eight this a.m. and wasted too much time. It's getting light later of course, so I'm not naturally awaking.
I should have had a better list. I forgot to go by the grocery store for aluminum pans. Didn't want to do as part of my instacart order because it's hard to tell the sizes without seeing them. So I need to do that before I cook. With the heat right now I'm not sure I should heat up the kitchen in the afternoon, tho.

Finally settling down after travel/appt. In a way, the time on the trip went along quicker than I thought it would.
Good and bad at the appt. In fact, all good except some time-consuming testing that is coming up. All my vitals were good and she is going to reach out to another of my physicians to help puzzle out the muscle cramps.
We were able to pick up the scripts on the way home, but the bank errand is postponed. That check we are expecting because of the surprise unclaimed funds was supposed to be in the mail (it was in the photo from P.O.'s service, and you can read the correct address), but it was not there. The other mail items that were pictured were in the box, so this is a little concerning. Hopefully we'll get it tomorrow.
Back home, we've gotten ready for trash and recyclables pickup in the a.m.
General footprint erasing around den. Kitchen put-away.

Re: repeating d twins Ta Da Tuesday celebration! September 1, 2026
hitting a tired spot.
I helped mom to the bathroom - she was laying down and that dog gone nose keeps running and making her cough. chest is clear but it is probably her heart. I gave her furosemide today . I have her sitting in lounge chair w tv on. her eyes are closed but she probably awake.
I could have use the help with d mom today, as I was doing heavy kitchen work, but I sent helper home; ( she will be paid until 6pm). I could see that she was barely making it through her day.
I would love to nap but I have to do the next right thing

About OVEN -
P and P suggested that for SELF CLEANING OVENS, you turn it on once a week or once every other week. I can't find that they discussed anything further. The time they set for that was 5 minutes. They also suggested 5 mins for cleaning the range top. This was in a grouping of kitchen maintenance tasks.
They suggested spending 30 minutes once every six months to clean stove fan, filter, hood.

Here's some reality from my house - we are way behind on this and we had a spill that was impressive, too. Just don't ask to look at my oven right now. (1950s architect didn't see the need for a hood and fan here, btw.)
I don't know if I agree a self-cleaning feature is going to be the end-all-be-all of oven cleaning.

I'm all over the place today, scatterbrained. I've decided that tomorrow I will cook brisket. Nothing out of the house at all. So I'll get to the grocery later for those pans.
For now, I'm setting a timer for 45 min at :15 before the hour, and working. A.M. routine, dailies, weeklies,
UGH! This has been sitting here and it's been 30 min! I'll work to BOTH.
