hoping it's water.

Okay, I am blown away by blessed's post - so happy for you, blessed. I knew you were busy about this and had this as part of your planning when you'd post your PODA in Cardfile Central, but no idea you were having this much success. It's wonderful.

Indiana, it's a joy to "hear" you chatting so happily about your increasing activity.

Great job on your walking, lucylee. Those of us who can't get out there salute you.

I was at first disappointed to find that Lynlee's mention was of a book rather than anything I could access online to learn about. However, it turns out that on Amazon the author has allowed many pages of the book to be accessed through the "Look Inside" feature, so the introduction, part of the first chapter, and the epilogue can be read by clicking on the book's photo. Quite interesting. Of course, I thought of myself, but also the conversations Dee has had here about potential help for her dgd through changing foods, also the many conversations here about ADD. Also our many conversations about how, for us as homemakers, one day might hold a lot of energy and success followed by the next day in which we don't seem to have the same ability to reach our goals. (first few paragraphs of the introduction remind me of this)

Blessed, I am happy for you that you are having success.

Also, Lucylee is having success. And Nancy I think. And Indiana getting stronger, Yay; and Lynlee working her plan.

Me, not so much. I'm like a yo-yo. Up 2 lbs. down 2 lbs.

Also my allergies have flaired. My hands break out, my ears get runny and my face gets dry and feels like it's burning. This usually happens more when it is dry in the winter. Stress will make it flair. I guess that's the reason right now.
