FOCUS - Closets - 9/18/12 - Fourth Round

This is the final round for closets this year. While doing closets it is a good time to change clothes over to fall/winter.

this week closets: electrition is coming to replace switch
still dejunking
throw out old blankets that even the dog would be embarrassed on
we also have tons of mini blankets... toss keep only what you really use.
buy new pillows (we do that once a year before christmas) we wash ours and then when ready out the go.
go through gloves/hats etc. (I have already donated two hats)

This is the first round of the year for maintaining the closets.

The second round is timed to switch over from winter to summer. Do you have some things you didn't use last summer or the past year that can bless someone else?

Which closet needs your concentration this round? A tried and true idea is using the surface of a well-made bed (smile) as a sorting surface so you can pull more out and clean more thoroughly. If you think some things you'd put onto the bed may be too dusty for that, use a sheet over the bedspread that can easily be washed when you are through. TaDa, all clean.

I'll be in our largest one, getting deep into those corners! A little more organization is due there, too.
