What an eventful night, Kathryn - sounds like there was a lot of success and you can be happy about how things went. I'm sure it feels good to have it accomplished.

Your daughter and son in law must be very grateful, Harmony.

That's so cool that you can sketch what interests you, Nancy, very enjoyable.

Waving to lucylee and BookSaver.

We didn't get to hear from Indiana today, did we?

You did well by calling 911, OKay, and others were right there to check and help - that's the best that could be expected. I've heard so often of cars flipping over and yet the person is not badly hurt - it happened to a friend of mine. I hope you can rest tonight and let that visual go.

I got everything on my 5x10 accomplished, and got in my exercise as well. I am really bushed. Sweet dreams to all.

Big WTG, Kathryn, for a very successful evening!

Also big WTG, Harmony! Glad to have you back in the village!

Waving to Nancy... BookSaver... Indiana... Harriet... Norma... and EVERYONE!!!

Ooohhh... brrrr... I dread going out tomorrow morning in the cold & wet weather. High tomorrow is supposed to be 46. I know that makes me such a weather-WIMP! They are saying now that our snow flurries will not occur until Monday night/Tuesday morning.
Tomorrow is another day.

respectfully offered - lost the rest of my long post.
a sigh

hugs to all villagers
many prayers as needed
I wont rewrite all my memories.
pre electricity
fire, copper boiler, boiler stick, hand turned wringer, blue bag, starch solution
iron irons heating on wood stove top
petrol iron
up to 108F at christmas. just immediate family.
no grandparent aunts cousins.
lying on bare wood floors hoping for a breeze.
droughts
storms
misty rain if lucky - cools it down

I'm going to dd1 this year. extended family to inc dd2s inlaws will be there.

dgd8 is out of surgery - home - broke both bones in her forearm yesterday. didn't need pins.
Just begin.
Living this day, today
Take a reality check; Remember to breathe; Do what I am able to do.
Look for the good in all.

My family has always been big on Marthas Vineyard weddings . My grandparents were married there, along with all of their children, and most of my cousins. It was so special for my husband and I to participate in this lovely family tradition.
