Hello Everyone! I hadn't realized it was this late in the afternoon. Everyone is busy today and I see we're only on page 2.
My TaDas for today are morning and afternoon dailys are done, footprints erased from kitchen counters and dining room table, lol dried and put away. Also got some bi-weekly chores done, vacuum living areas and driveway swept etc.
Thoughts from previous posts: Indiana, I was happy to read that you are getting better...keep on doing what you're doing!
OKay, ((LO))...sorry he still isn't feeling up to par. Sometimes those things seem to hang on. And
Lilac, ((Dh))...Sorry he's not feeling well. Hoping you can keep from catching whatever he has.
Lucy, Thank you for the nice comment re: ddil#2! She's worked hard for her accomplishments.
A few thoughts from today: Sadie and
Harmony, Hope those big jobs start rolling in along with the little ones that keep things going!
Dee ((Hugs)) all around for you, dd and dgd. Enjoy your trip to Disney!
MT, ((dh))...Hope the extra meds do the trick and keep dh on track to get his hand procedure done. BTW, congratulations on selling your 5th wheel and lot. That will make things easier for you in the future. The new bed looks really nice and comfy!
Cathyy, congratulations on dh's new job. There sure are a lot of people here in our Village connected with music in one way or another from those taking lessons to the pros!
My dh is feeling lots better...(thanks for asking,
Dove.) He is going out and about on his own shopping, dr. appts. etc. and I've caught him walking around the house without the cane! He can't wait to stop having to use it.
Hope the retainer helps
Kathryn!
The talk about eating and food is interesting. I know about stress eating, too. But I go through times of being able to eat a good, sensible diet to craving sweets or starches. Seems I can hold off for 3 or 4 months, then the cravings hit and it takes a lot of will power to get over it again.
Speaking of food, time to get supper and feed ddogs. They are both "talking" to me!
