Re: Super Sunday
Beautiful dresses, bsweet! Best wishes & congratulations to your dd & her fiance!
WHY DO I KEEP STARING AT THIS COMPUTER SCREEN???
I cannot even begin to say how much time I waste here. NOT HERE... I don't mean HERE w/you girls -- I mean sitting in this chair, just staring at random stuff. 12 Baby Names That You Should NEVER Name Your Child. (Fortunately, none of ds/ddil's choices were on THAT list!) This Super Bowl Ad Will Make You Cry. Laughter Not Allowed at Tomb of Unknown Soldier. (Well, duh...) Miranda Lambert Loses Dear Friend. (her dog) Santorum Makes Bold Prediction. (Well... I hope he's right... but this is not getting my laundry hung to dry.)
I MUST get busy.
Lesson plans are posted.
Tomorrow's schedule for np staff kids is done.
Still need to --
[ ] record & post grades
[x] hang dh's shirts to dry * Done *
-- Plus, I put away a ton of my own stuff that was still hanging out on the ironing board & closet door.
[x] wash soup pan from lunch
[x] take allergy shots
[ ] exercise
[ ] do other misc. bedtime routine stuff
Editing to say: Some of these things just aren't going to be happening tonight. * sigh *

Re: Super Sunday
Very sophisticated, simple lines, and timeless, bittersweet!
Indiana, I had almost forgotten about that pesky tumor. It's like training for an event, I suppose - get into the best shape for it and then cross the finish line and go have a milkshake, or other favorite reward! Praying you will make short work of oxygen project. Hope your other project goes well ( and that people listen to you!)
Well, friends more sophisticated than I, what's so great about a Kindle? I have acquired a Kindle Fire and don't know what it's good for yet.
The game was on but various family members were in and out. My ddad grew too tired and went to bed, missing most. The rest of us were there for the last 6 or 7 plays. Nobody saw half-time. Saw a little of Puppy Bowl!
Hope everyone has a stellar week in store!

Re: Super Sunday
Harriet, my DGSon emails me on his Kindle Fire. I have no earthly idea how he does that, but I always hit reply and email back. Our library is working on getting set up so we will someday be allowed to download books onto a Kindle, just like borrowing, for free and in 2 or 3 weeks **!POOF!** they will disappear. I might be interested in one then.
Bittersweet, those dresses are very elegant, prettiest ones I've seen in a long time...and I used to watch Say Yes to the Dress every week too!
Well our committee chairwoman emailed me with information about what's going on, stuff that will come up during the next meeting, which I will put into the new minutes for Feb., not my January ones. She told me about new program being started and who's going to head it up, stuff like that. Almost like I am 2nd in charge and have a reason to know this stuff before everyone else.
No, I'm not being groomed for the head position in years to come....I'm not, I'm not, I'm not....Let me stand at a counter and wipe communion trays or do dishes in the kitchen...but please don't put me in charge!
