Today is a mixed music day listening to 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s easy listening style music.

I had breakfast and walked Jake before the housekeeper came to do my suite at 8 am.

She likes to talk while she cleans. She doesn't stop cleaning and we chat.

I have been puttering.

OKay it is good to see you back in the swing of things.

We just call bar ditches - ditches.

Dee I'm surprised that they volunteers can't use the room at the firehouse.

Dniece's brother-in-law is a volunteer and we have the kids birthday parties there.

Morning bsweet and Kathryn.

You must feel good that tax season is over so you can concentrate on your new house Twins.

Harriet it is always good to see you saying Apron Day.

When do you begin your summer travels MT?

We have barrow pits here but I would not have known what a bar pit was.
Having coffee now.
The house is quiet here this morning until I get to my s2s, qt & journaling complete I'll try to leave the TV off upstairs.

H. is going w/ sil to unload a load at the dump today. Yea I do not have to go
on this one. We've had rain in the night.

What is pizza math? reward for doing home work of fractions. LOL! Dgkids were here until eight last evening glad I got snacks earlier in the day. They had dinner of mac n cheese apples and carrots on the deck for a bit of a change it was fun. They play in the yard afterwards. I sent home the rest of the muffins with them that they did not eat dgson might be having that in his lunch today. Walked w/ the youngest one to see & feed the goats grass, dgson played w/ the neighbor kids for a while.

Today floors need attn. around here. I need to s2s I slept in a bit this morning. They are still working up the street and started at eight o'clock on the dot today.

I had a hot flash and high reading in the night about two; dosed for that had a low #61 when I got up had a sm. juice box hormone week keeps things exciting around here LOL!

Good morning everyone! As predicted yesterday, I got nothing done last night except basic cat care. Mona Lisa still hisses at me as a greeting, but if I call her, she comes out for attention. I am very tired today, have been all week. I am so tired of being tired! DD10 comes over tonight at 8:00, I may nap after work until she gets in. I have to update a document at payroll, so I guess I had better get back to it!

Indiana: We plan to start our summer travels around the 3rd week of May or June 1. It depends a lot on Dr. appointments and how DH feels.

I'm S2BF and still working on a grocery list. Had to come to the computer as DH had clicked something on FB and wanted it off his Timeline.

It is a cold rainy day here. Jake and I have made quick runs outside. The last time he was shivering so we didn't stay out long.

My excitement for the day is I ended up on the floor. I didn't intend to do it but that is what happened. I was taking off my water repleeent spring coat which is long. It got caught on the throttle and my chair ran me over. I was lucky I didn't fall I just sat down on the ground. The nurse came and helped me get up. If I could kneel I could have done it myself but I can't because of the pain. So between the two of us we were able to do it a different way.

I just fielded a call from my credit card company. Seems someone (me) ordered a bus ticket in England!

Indiana: Your signature looks a little odd coming immediately after the description of your fall! I hope there is no damage.

Hello! Good Conga day here. All my Friday chores are done, so I can turn my attention to other things.

Dh is on an errand to pick up a few of his rx refills, so I have the house to myself for a little while.

I just got a call from ddil#1. She and ds#1 are on their way home from hospital clinic now. She had outpatient surgery this morning to remove her left ovary. For quite a few years she has been developing large cysts on it which burst and cause considerable pain. She sounded wiped out, but happy that she came thru ok. Ovary was sent for biopsy as a normal procedure and she will get results later. Dr. said it looked benign! :)

It's good to hear Mr. MT is feeling more energy; hope he gets some help to relieve his back pain!

Dee....sorry your evening out was less than perfect.

OKay....I enjoyed reading your opening for today. The birthday party for dgsons sounds wonderful and I wanted to say that your dfamily is lucky to have a treasure like you. You always step in to rescue the day. You make entertaining a group sound so easy!!!

Indiana....Sorry to read you had a spill. One never knows when that kind of thing will happen. Hope Jake is warmed up again; I'll bet he looks cute after his trip to the groomer.

Twins....it's nice that you can relax now. I enjoy hearing about your new house!

We're supposed to go with dfam#2 to see the Dunedin Highland Games tomorrow. It's all day from 8 am to 5 pm. Our weather forecast is 60% chance of rain today and 80% chance tomorrow! We've been volunteered to help in the kitchen of the concession stand, so at least we have someplace dry to be! Some pictures and info here: http://www.dunedinhighlandgames.com/ They are on F B too.

Elizabeth....that's quick response for your c c company. You must be getting excited now...are you traveling alone or with a group?

I have some checks to write then I can clean the dining room table off. Dh just came home again, guess that's my clue to get busy again!

I'm back from my walk to the neighbourhood school's annual book fair. Dh kept on going to the general store for the mail and came back to do a quick run through (one book for him, a dozen for me!) and then carry my books home. Bought two CDs too and bookmark to support the band. One of the books is for dd so I'll put the bookmark in that for her, since she was a member when she went there.

I've finished the difficult account to update in Quicken, now I have the last one to do, which I hope will be an easy one. Very few transactions on that account so it should be easy.

I am having a better time. I worked at temple today and took care of some overdue things there. Went through the agenda for the annual meeting and figured out that the minutes from last year's meeting had not been copied and got that taken care of. Took a look at our receivables. Instead of meeting w treasurer at 4 p.m. we're going to meet on Sunday morning tho - his daughter has strep and he's a single parent.

I went by the new house and was able to answer a couple of questions on the spot for the carpenters.

Talked to dd on the phone and am thinking I'll make a trip to K-town tomorrow to take her packing boxes and her new debit card. She sounds like she could use a visit - shes' still dealing with the roommate issues and is anxious to get home as soon as her finals are over.

I am realizing that the pace just doesn't slow down for me - tomorrow a trip to see dd, Sunday is temple annual meeting, I will work Monday and Tuesday, then temple board meeting on Wednesday night, working on Thursday a.m. and trip to ATL for a seminar on Thursday - Sunday (related to the temple.) Then the following week dd is coming home on Thursday.

Sunny, glad your ddil is doing well.

Elizabeth, your credit card company is on the ball - you should remember to let them know when you're leaving the country so they don't cut you off overseas.

Are you okay, Indiana? I also was startled at your signature line appearing right after the description of your fall.

MT, where will your travels take you this year? (Glad that Mr. MT is on the mend.)

Nancy, I'm glad you have things under control with that pesky BS - so nice to have some quiet time, too.

We are familiar with ditches here as well, but I haven't heard the term bar ditch.

I'm glad to be home - I think dh was going to services but after working there all day, I'm skipping. ;)
