Thanks for the heads up about Olympics warning viewing on line!

H. called and we were supposed to do lunch; on my way down I remembered I'd already eaten! :roll: Oh well some friends were there I just ordered a diet soda and the four of us chatted about motor cycle trips and laughed at some of the adventures or mis-adventures we had.

Then went to the store and then h. had to go back to work only to be told that they were done
for the day & they were working Sat. we suspected that was going to be the case.

I went to the thrift shop found some sage green yarn for a project I"m mulling over what stitch to do with this batch I'm very excited about it.

Laundry is done.

Lets just pretend this post is in the sage green color! LOL! I have my screen set for blue...sigh

Mmmm, a blob of fresh warm bread. Sounds good to me!

I don't even know where to start, I've been so busy. No computer time for a couple days. DFamily has gone home this evening right after dinner and house is quiet. We really had a wonderful visit with the grandkids and daughter & Sonil.

Thursday was an excursion to little museum just stuffed with stuff to see, the small airport nearby and lunch in the next door cafe practically right out on one of the runways. Today was a good many hours on the beach; kids had a ball; I got a little sunburn & so did DH. Just busy busy every single minute.

I have all the towels washed and hanging up, beach blanket washed and hanging, dishes and kitchen done. Helped DH move trucks around. I seriously need some down time.

I've been keeping you all in my mind. I'm glad to be back.

I've finally bought a copy of the Wondrous Love arrangement from iTunes so now I can practice by singing along with all the other parts (who confuse me - heck I'm confused when I'm only looking at my notes!) It might be the best 99 cents I've ever spent. I had no idea about the organ bit (remember we are only practicing with an electric piano for now) and there will be a full pipe organ and trumpets the day we perform so it was good to finally hear the 5 pages of music we usually skip. Especially since I've never sung anything that stirring and might end up crying if I'm not used to the idea.

Throat is getting raw so will stop singing.

Getting color re-freshed on my hair h. was complaining about the smell, no glasses so hoping you can read despite typos and such.

I've folded the last of the laundry, and watered the front,
the back needs more as the wind has kicked up a bit this afternoon and evening.

Dh not liking the smell is part of the reason I stopped colouring my hair. I didn't like it much either.

We watched another Mad Men (we just started season 4.) I guess that is an answer to my question, "Do I like this show?" There are parts of it I dislike fully but find myself wanting to keep watching.

~~~~waving Hi to all~~~~
trying to figure out what kind of baby car seat adapter LucyLee needs. We have lived in the world of car seats the past few years using them in all kinds of vehicles without any problems. It is like a missing puzzle piece....I just keep trying to think of an adapter that isn't built into car seats. Reminding myself that young babies have to sit facing backward so maybe I have forgotten about that configuration. LOL @ myself......why do I waste mental energy on things that are not my concern??
We were able to work on getting back into our schedule today. We only followed the schedule about 1/2 of the time because things kept happening, but it felt so wonderful to do normal things. Yes, I am happy to be cleaning the twalets!
I received the Electric pressure cooker (EPC) a couple days ago and have used it twice in the last 24 hours. LOVE it! It might become my favorite appliance in the kitchen. Being a confirmed coffee drinker, I can't imagine the EPC beating out the coffee pot in the appliance race for 1st place......but it might tie it. :lol:
