Hello dear ladies,

Sunny day here, cooler than usual but still HOT.

Yesterday I didn't even turn the computer on. Worked on laundry, dishes and cleaned the fridge.

I love listening to I-heart radio as I scrub, fold and clean.

The dishes are never ending as dson16 cooked quite a bit over the weekend, and didn't do the dishes. I don't gripe to him about it as at least he cooks. But there are so many dishes to wash as well as the daily ones adding to it. I think I'm beginning to see daylight on the dishes.

Was able to sweep and mop all the vinyl areas as well as clean bathrooms today. 8-) That means I did two days of main chores in one day. That should leave me two days of dusting time then.

Okay WTG on the cleaning. I like to clean like that too, maybe after awhile I can too.

Having a problem with my knee now. I've been flexing my foot because of heel pain and it looks like that is causing my knee to hurt. Trying to do exercises now to help my knee, and I know that will make something else hurt.

Going to shower and then do some computer work, and maybe some reading this afternoon.

Have a wonderful day all!

Hello everybody.

Kathryn, I'm glad your results were as good as they were. I wonder what your liver is fighting.

I got up with a goal of accomplishing something today...taking at least one step forward.

So far I have washed a LOL and hung up. Going to take a long time to dry, they didn't spin out the water properly. I cleaned up the kitchen and did a few extra things in there, and dishwasher is running.

And I called the dermatologist. Begged and pleaded and cajoled the information out of the nurse/secretary about what was in the shot I was given. At first would not tell me, at 2nd would not tell me, finally did. Also made remarks about googling stuff being the worst thing one could do  . Said my symptoms are not anything the shot would have caused. Was mad when I told her I did not take the pills prescribed (1 of the kinds) because of side effects...she was all disgusted about that...apparently this was small dose to reduce itchiness (which has gone away by itself) . If they had discussed the dosage and what to expect I wouldn't have felt the way I did about them.

So I don't think I'll be using this dr. anytime in the near future. I did get a good diagnosis (I think) but for the rest of it...um no.

Looked up the shot and find it will stay with me for 3 weeks before getting out of my body.

Next up: try to get into my online physician guide and pick a couple drs. for my appointments I need.

Elizabeth, I do hope a job for you appears soon.

Can anyone think of any possible excuse for this?

Harmony, if you were referred, the referring physician's office might like to know patients are being given injections without explanation. I assure you, if a referring physician got a report from a specialist saying, "Gave your patient a shot but don't intend to divulge to your office what it was." the specialist would be laughed out of the medical profession and referrals would dry up like a cucumber in the Sahara.

Kathryn, you do keep getting little bits of good news and reassurance. I hope it continues.

Back from LO appt. Therapist said LO was "an awesome young man" and to keep doing what we are doing. :D

I couldn't be more pleased with LO school, teachers & administration. Everything I see, I like. Even the smallest detail seems well planned and executed. :D

Kathryn - I'm so glad the ultrasound results turned out good. YEAH!!

MT - thanks for the website links. I've shared them with DFriends to see if that is what they have in mind.

Living room cleanse project = back to sanding, scrubbing and washing wood floor in prep of that first coat.

It's cooler out today a rain shower came with a clap or two of thunder cleared the air and cooled it off and more in the 80-90* temp. range here the rest of the week.
H. is working today.
Dgd has matress child size in the living room so I"m thinking it 's a good day to vacuum in the back of the house.
EN that horse out fit was through here a few weeks back.
Then the traveling Rabbis were in the area.

Had some time before lunch so I decided to cut DH's and my hair. We look a bit more trim now. Not so "fluffy".

We are eating lunch in the dining hall for the rest of the week. They only serve meals when there is a group here and charge $3 per meal. So we opted to just eat lunch at the hall and get our own breakfast and supper. That way I don't have to stop to make something to eat.

Well this sat here for several hours without posting. Will catch up later.

Will words from therapist be helpful as well as the apparent 'disappearance', Okay? Feel for that little guy especially as he grows older. Thank goodness you two are a solid presence in his life.

OKay, wonder if those visits from LO parents were just for show, so judge would be favorable?

Yeah, Harriet. Right as usual. Though I didn't have a referral.

You wouldn't think trying to get a couple appointments and get some records moved around would take all afternoon but it did. One dr. apt. still up in the air, too long a wait and they said every 6 months, not once/year. Kaching! For nothing.

Other appointment set up for tomorrow, with gyn. and that is good. Caught them with a cancellation. Will get card for mamo.

Trip out to bank at last minute, missed my turn and had to go a few blocks and turn around at light...and missed their closing time because of all that. Will have to go back tomorrow. I need to chill out by myself right now.
