Just remembered I need to take something to the picnic tomorrow. Maybe cookies or Rice Krispy Squares. That sounds easy and I bought more marshmallows last week.

I'm glad your dh and girls are safely home Helia. Sounds like they had a good trip and made lots of wonderful memories.
Kathryn, so sorry to hear about your dfriend. Prayers for her dfamily and dfriends.
Elizabeth, so sorry to hear your dd broke her wrist. Hope she is able to rest and heal well.
Harmony, I'll bet your new entertainment unit looks nice. I hope you are getting enough rest.
Ddil and sisters spent the day with their ddad. I think he has one or two brothers visiting also, so it's good that they are getting to see family. They just came home a little while ago, we talked for 15 or 20 minutes, then they all went off to bed. Dh just went back also. Don't know what plans they have for tomorrow. They are not the kind who tell anything ahead of time. We'll just have to wait and see....if they go out all day tomorrow, dh and I might take a ride also, just to get out for a little while.

Just came back to shut off computer and decided to check in. I fell asleep on the couch for a couple hours and when I woke up it was late. I'd been to the grocery this eve. to pick up fruit, so I got up and made fruit salad to take tomorrow. DFriend who recently lost her husband made some sort of memorial spot at her house and is having it dedicated tomorrow. She invited about 4 couples and one of the ministers who will do the dedication. She said she wanted something down here as she'd taken DH up north to cemetery up there where he was from. We are all bringing something for lunch.
DH flipped the shelves and doors to the other side and got the clear coat on those parts too. It is drying nicely and looks better with the extra sanding and extra coat on it.
So far I don't feel any worse than I have been after doing that work today. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
