Harmony You aren't well, so of course you are missing stuff. You need to focus on you, your dh, the business, and your house. You might be able to absorb the odd extra piece of information but you can't be expected to keep track of all that has been happening. And the boards have been really busy over the past few weeks.

I have hepatitis with an h not an H. It refers to inflammation of the liver which is what is going on with me. There are lots of different kinds of hepatitis. We know it isn't A, B, C or mono. So I'm hoping the specialist will have more ideas or tests he can run. I'm not keen on a biopsy but will take one if he thinks it will diagnose me.

I got the dishes done up and my weekly kitchen chores done and sorted the mail. Also got the main floor vacuumed (well, electric-broomed but I'll count that.)

I should be going to bed but I'm watching just one more episode of Monk. I'm really enjoying them and they'll all go away on the weekend (they are being removed from the Canadian Netflix.)

Funeral home visitation = the family mentioned that a lot of our sewing group members had been coming through. They had a very good slide show of family photos. It was nice to see her as a girl and when her children were young. I stayed about 45 minutes and then went to a restaurant with a few others and had a lemonade. We stayed there sharing memories for about an hour.

Came home, changed into PJs, ate a snack, and I've been answering Emails since.

Tomorrow morning DMom will be having some medical tests at a hospital about an hour drive from me. I need to charge up my netbook tonight so I can take it with me. Probably will not be able to connect to internet, but I can write newsletter articles and do some work on Friends of Library financial archives. I have a sewing pattern I can study, too.

Hospitals are always such hurry-up-and-wait places, aren't they? I cannot stand sitting with nothing to do, so I always take a bag o' stuff with me. Once my sisters get there we can chat, but it sounds like they'll be coming later.

Back from moms group. Had a meeting afterward w/ child care coordinator and another teacher/leader in the group (who also happens to be the church's children's programs director). I think everything is under control now; we will look for more adults to be in the rooms, 2 minimum per room. And then we need to hold to legal ratios of adults/kid if the number of kids exceeds the legal ratio of kids/2 adults. Two adults/room minimum is actually our church policy, likely related to our insurance policy, and not a bad one. I know some of you had wondered about this policy. We are not a mega-church but we may are also not a small church either; maybe smaller churches can have more relaxed policies? Anyhow, Dfriend thinks this is standard for day care type situations. We will keep our horde of homeschooled teens, though, since they are so good with the kids! :)

By the time the room was cleaned up, meeting held, chatting with friends completed, and I had driven home, it was almost 1 pm. I gave myself an hour for lunch and vegging -- well, now it has been more than an hour.

Now on to the next thing: groc. store and prep for dinner crew tonight. I will go to a meeting at the high school for the music program at 7, but I hope to have the meal ready, etc. before I leave. Friends will arrive a little before 7. Dh will likely take over the cooking once he's home. One new dfriend coming tonight is gluten intolerant, so I need to figure out a dinner bread that she can eat.

I hope everyone is having a great day!

HI Mystery!!!
