Scattered, Sometimes I "name" my days on my to do list or in emails to friends. Thursday (to me) is Thinking Thursday.
Hello, Elizabeth. Oh-oh. Too much ginger? Was it too terribly noticeable?
Dee, I'll need to try reading with my eyes closed!
What does 3D mean?
Helia, My DDIL used to be in a moms group when she had 2 little ones, but now they have 6, ages 17 mos., 3 1/2, 9 in Oct., 12, 14 in Nov. and 15 1/2. They have good friends and neighbors as a support network, because the last 2 babies were 3-month preemies.
Cowinkie, I'm glad at least someone got their morning coffee!
I know I forgot to say hello to every single person who posted on page 1 here in PWYC, so "Hello!" to you now. If I would just bring a steno pad to my laptop to make notes, it would be less embarrassing
PODA
1- Go to the dr.
2- Walk 30 min. (Might not happen today, as I'm still fighting the infection.)
3- Reading
4- To finish writing a letter I started 2 days ago.
5- To bake sweet potatoes,
Ta Da
1- stripped the bed
2- started the sheets in the washer on a timer to wash later, while we were gone, so it sounds like someone's "home".
3- to empty the DW (was on my list, but DH beat me to it!)
4- I sorted the mail and have 2 letters to go read now
5- Answered some emails
6- Hung up some clothes
7- downloaded some books
I saw the dr., the cellulitis of the ear has spread to the lymph system because the antibiotics were started 24 hours later than expected. Pharmacy had to order them. Now the left back of the head, left neck and ear are infected, so the Epsoms heat pack will be over a larger area. If the ear comes to a head anywhere, over the weekend, my dr. said to go to ER to have an incision and drainage made. I see my dr. early next week again. This is my 4th appt. within 2 weeks.
By having the PODA and Ta Da, I feel more empowered and like I'm at least doing "something". Being able to come here, to read and post helps, too.
Have a great later afternoon and evening, too.
