Good Motivated Monday, Villagers! :D

Scattered, What a perfect starter-upper "M" word you used! I hope it rubs off on all of us today and makes all of us motivated this Monday! :D

OKay, Glad LO is over being contagious and it's P.J. day, too. It sounds like fun to be in P.J.'s all day! :D

Twins' Mom, I'm sending you some motivation and I'm saying a prayer for your wrist, too! :D May it get better soon! :!:

Ellyphant, You have a big day today! Very busy! :!: :D You sound motivated, too!

Helia, You're so busy, too! Everybody seems so motivated today! :D

Kathryn, I'm so glad your hotel was better and the food's better, too! I hope you'll get in your nap today, too. :D It's so nice to hear about your travels.

Dee, Good luck on your blood work lab results, too! I hope they all come out great! :D How are you feeling? :?: Better, I hope. :)

MT, Oh no! :!: :( Your pulled muscle sounds terrible painful! Do you also use heat? :?: Sometimes those rice packs heated up in the microwave help sooth. Sometimes people alternate between ice and heat, too. I've heard of that idea before. I've never tried that, but read about it. Get better soon! :D

Blessed, Good luck at the doctor's office, too, to you! :D

Harriet, I'm so glad you found your receipt for your return, too! :D There is so much frustration when you're looking for something, you just know "where" it is, but it's not there! :o

Waving to Harmony, Nancy, and Everybody! :D

It's raining here, I'm motivated to crochet on Dgrson's afghan and to work on a short story today. :D

Enjoy Motivation Monday, Everybody! :D

One set of DGSons has PJ days (elementary school).

(MT) hope it's nothing serious.

I've been trying to post here for a long time, keep getting interrupted.

DGD and dog left here by 10:30. I had fed and walked dog twice by then, got DGD up and dressed. I chopped up some ice for their cooler and loaded it with food left (she brought a bunch of stuff DGD likes to eat). So packing up wasn't too bad. I had all DGD's clothes washed and packed.

I am going to putter around and do things a little bit at a time. I think the 45/15 TOTH is too ambitious for me. Maybe 30/30. And if I don't get anything done today, it will all be there tomorrow.

The house seems empty and quiet. DGD would not have anything to do with me when they were leaving, no hugs, no kisses, etc., I think she was afraid I'd keep her and she was having none of that! She's 2, I understand!

Oh a couple days ago I got letter from Mamogram place, and all is well. Bone density is probably another story, but haven't heard from them yet.

Today my motivation is to go through my list of things that need to be done before we leave for AZ the end of November. Made appointments, checked to make sure Mr. Guy and I are on the list to see our Doctor P before we leave and all of our meds are in order for refills. I have lists all over the place so will be adding all of them to just one list.

I am wondering where my West Coast friend and fellow SF Giants fan Sherinjoy is. If the Giants beat the Cards tonight were are IN! I can hardly wait. It would be fantastic if we could go to the Series again since we WON in 2010. Sherinjoy are you watching?

Our trip was spectacular - weather cooperated and it couldn't have been more beautiful. Great-grand-daugher was in great form. She is talking about her new baby brother coming in March and seems happy. (She and Auntie wanted a girl! )

It is pouring rain here and I am happy :D They expect a foot of snow in the higher reaches - Lake Tahoe level. I can go for that. 8-)

I am feeling better, Ivy.

Harmony, I had the results of the mammogram before I left the hospital (everything fine). The bone density -the Dr's office called me 2 or 3 days later with a recommendation of calcium with D (1,200mg a day -taken 600 at a time). The bone density showed "mild osteopenia", which I guess is before osteoporosis.

I'm really praying that today's blood/lab work comes back with all good news. Have to see the Dr on Wednesday morning, so am a little nervous about that.

I should be working at getting packed. It's beginning to sound like we'll be leaving a week from Wednesday or possibly even Tuesday. Can't see the show in Lancaster until Thursday at 4:15 so we'll be there at least 2 full days.

Septic truck is making its rounds. DH wants them to pump everyone out this fall and start with a clean slate in the spring. This way he'll be able to tell if any are leaking (water getting in). There's also going to be a price hike in the spring so he wanted everyone to be able to be pumped at the lower rate.

I've accomplished zero today. Except if you want to count making plans for our trip.

Getting a hair cut and perm tomorrow afternoon.

My 6x6:
X a.m. routine
X groc. store
/. Make and bring vegetarian meal to a dfriend today - starting to work on this. Crust is made for the raspberry cheesecake bars.
4. prep as much as I can for Heb. class
5. go to Heb. class at 5:15
6. set up doodle to schedule next moms group steering committee meeting

I should add a #7: Take the meal to dfriend! That will take about 4o minutes.

I'm eating second lunch, like a hobbit! LOL! I'm having an egg beater wrap (1/2) for 2.5 WW points.

I'm going to get the 2nd step of the bars done and then work on Hebrew while they're in the oven. The chickpeas won't take too long to make. . .

Hmmm..... this sat here for a while. Raspberry cheesecake bars are in the oven. I'm going to work on Heb. for 30 minutes and then make the chick peas.

Now it's so warm here, I have the screen open. Wish it would stay nice until after we leave! Guess this is Indian Summer, since we've had a hard frost.

Hello Dear Ladies,

We got rain here. Got my walking in before it hit.

DH and Dson22 are working on one of our vehicles that decided to not run right. Thankful that my Dguys can fix cars. DH is being the brains and Dson the hands.

Am working on laundry today. Have done Dbrother's and now doing mine and DH's.

Also did my weight lifting, sit-ups and stretches. I'm starting to feel more toned. Still overweight, but I think I'm carrying it better.

DH cleaned the kitchen while I worked yesterday. Was so good of him to do it. Felt like I got a head start on things for the week.

Going to pay bills, make out grocery list and do some other computer work while waiting on the laundry.

Thanks for concern- it is all pain from lifting. Gallbladder gone many years ago. Ice pack and sleep did the job - I'm now D2BF -bed made & lol in washer. Nap is in my future.
