Harriet, You sound tired! :!:

OKay, I hope your LO gets better soon.

My Ta Da for later afternoon & early evening are:
1- wrote 6 letters ;) Some are very short though!
2- downloaded some books :)
3- sorted the laundry :)
4- fed Bert
5- set the dawn simulator :)
6- hung up bedroom clothes I'd slung over a chair
7- got out flannel p.j.'s, wool socks and a thick robe for tonight. (It's COLD!) :o
8- Put a tablet of notes to put into a "challenging" short story, for working this weekend and Monday.
9- got out a.m. clothes :)
10- got out napkins, plates, bowels, etc for dinner :)
11- planned out our dinner :)
12- planned out my p.m. reading  :?:

Other than that, is the usual medications, floss, and try to get to bed after the news is over, if I last that long. :?:

OKay: I admire your determination to be healthy (I could not have done that.) And I fell a little bit more in love with your dh tonight. What a sweet thing for him to do!

Dh is home and has cooked up all the bacon in the house for tomorrow's men's breakfast. One of the packages we had for this had gone bad (it is best before Nov 26) so we saved it and the other two packages and will take it back to Costco for a refund or replacement. At least I had some in the freezer to help make up the difference.

Dh brought me chocolates from dinner and said he had a nice time with ds.

The washer just buzzed so I can put the towels in the dryer.

Harriet....
Willis is a boxer/pit mix. His head says he's pit, but his body says boxer with a long tail.
When I lived in Mobile there were Xmas shows just like you described. I looked forward to it every year although navigating the crowds were often a nightmare. I would gather cards or panthlets just liked you. We have big art and craft festivals here, but they aren't specific to the season.

I got every thing I needed done tonight and even took an evening walk with Sweetie. Hope tomorrow is a good day as well. My kitchen is clean and every thing is put away. Just need to set the coffee maker. I just love waking up to the smell of coffee.

Nitters to y'all..zzzzzzz

OKay - Someone told me they kept getting reinfected by strep until started soaking their toothbrush in Dettol or some other disenfectant. So sorry to heard of this latest illness of LO.
DD2 had a lot of time on antibiotics as a 4yo though in the end it seemed that allergy/intollerances was behind much of her trouble. She had grommets put in, adenoids and tonsils removed as a 9yo - she was sick from anesthetic then .... and as a 17yo getting wisdom teeth out.

Kathryn - I'm wondering if you aren't pushing yourself too hard. I hope you feel better soon.

I have spent the hours looking at maps and google maps to see my way to funeral/crematorium. Rang dd and spoke to dsil. Also rang dsisyounger.

I need get my saturday afternoon moving
Just begin.
