Help needed quick, Please?!?

Ugh, I need to line the sleeves of this jacket but I don't have enough fabric to cut out the sleeves on the flannel I am using. I might have enough to piece it together but want to make it look uniform... any ideas? I have enough to cut one whole sleeve but enough for both... ergh!

Lots of clothing items have sleeves lined in a different lining fabric than the rest. Sometimes a different texture so that sleeves slide on easier, body is warmer, or whatever. I would choose another fabric and pretend "I meant to do that". Probably a solid to be as ordinary looking as possible if it were seen.

Is there some that you could piece together for the other sleeve b/c it's the lining it will not show.
