Breakfast - coffee, tea, 1/2 slice apple oatmeal bread, smallish square of a coffee cake. 5 pts. maybe?
Lunch - tuna wrap, pear, tea 5 pts.
Afternoon Snack - 1 serving low fat wheat thins, apple, popcorn, tea 6.5 pts.
Dinner - lean cuisine meal, 2 small servings of salad w. parmesan cheese, low fat vinaigrette and then ranch, about 5 sweet potato fries
and a couple popcorn shrimp. 8-9 pts.
Dessert - WW fudge bar w/ some Hershey's syrup 2 pts.
Too many points. . but not over-the-top. I'll try to do better tomorrow. I think we'll eat dinner early tomorrow which will help. I really like salads; I wonder if i could eat them more for snacks?

Re: Daily Food Diary - January
I don't know which I think is best, Indiana... the longer posts seem to get lost after awhile... and I like the idea of thinking y'all are looking at my list and will nudge me back in the right direction when I get off track... and that might not be happening when my whole week is on page one and we're already on page two or three by the weekend.
OTOH, by putting a week in one post, we can look at our overall nutrition (or lack thereof) in a little better perspective.
Maybe three or four days per post would work better?
But it's no big deal -- everyone can do whatever suits their purpose best -- I don't mind if we're not all doing exactly the same.

Re: Daily Food Diary - January
Several days at a time were working with just the three of us. But now that others are joining us I think one day per post is better. More than one day is difficult to follow.
I'm glad trish and helia have joined us. Maybe Harmony will come back and others will join us.
