Elizabeth: Yes, the PM arrived. They stay in your outbox until the recipient picks up the message, and then it moves to your sent messages folder.

I'm off to bed now. Dh is still up but I need to go to sleep. I got the time zone wrong for New Zealand, it is "6 hours behind us tomorrow" so his contact it in the office until 11 p.m. each day our time. And they are IMing back and forth right now.
