Ddad's favorite cake is German chocolate, too! Dmom always makes him one on his birthday, too, Lilac. But I don't think she did this year.
He had JUST had some the week before, at Thanksgiving, made by dstepgm. I think I enjoy it as much as he does, LOL... but dh doesn't like coconut, either, so he sorta eats around the icing sometimes. Of course, she has three layers of icing, so that's a difficult task!
