I'm up, breakfast and meds, S2BF and almost ready to go out the door to DH's Dr. appointment in Big Town.

Other than that - I'm brain fried. Somehow these days I can only focus on one thing at a time and only one major thing a day. So today is Dr., tomorrow in take trailer to dump, Wed. is relax time, Thurs, is Mamo day, Friday is another Dr. Appointment for DH. I remember well when I could have done all those in one day and worked 8 hours besides. Not any more. Growing old ain't for sissies.

Off to make sure all the paperwork is filled out. TTFN

Drama overload. I'm backing away from it as much as possible. None of the church elders/pastor are on FB so they are not available to personally respond to the drama unfolding. Elders are in process of finding a time everyone is able to meet in person to vote how to proceed. I'm being messaged and asked questions that only the elders have the responsibility to answer. People don't want to hear they are not available online.....and immediately :?

Next up -
** Lunch (meatloaf & green beans) Low carb and yummy
** Hang curtains back up in dining room.
** Hang shower curtain (April decorations...yes, I am late getting them up!)
** continue to ignore tax prep that I should be working on!

Without knowing details, that sure sounds like a big mess, OK.

TaDa!
x called dmom
x found a hotel at long last; many of the hotels are booked/jacked up in price. Dmom said there is also an art show or something in town that weekend. Our usual hotel was more than twice the usual price. I found a different one.
x lunch
x emailed dh to confirm the other hotel was OK with him; emailed to let some people know our plans for the weekend;

I'm off to the groc. store; I didn't get the menu plan complete, but I'm going to go anyway and likely go again on Wed. which looks like a less busy day for me.

I've done some hand wash, ran a load of dishes, granny duty has began, the sun is out for now time to check on the pullets in a bit. I couldn't post as much as usual p/c was not co-operating with me. Seems better now after a re-start. I can't wait for collage bb turny stuff to be done so reg. programming will return.

I do not recommend care bears dvds dd brought it over with a warning that the baby probably should not see it. Dgd has been having troubles sleeping this one I've had to fast forward and skip over a couple of parts so it will be on top of the fridge after this viewing.

Made a call to discover info. on where to get sod to fill in spots in the back yard. While on the ex. bike today I discovered it was a great time for thinking I've decided where I can put a few things in the garden that need to be moved onion sets, herbs, & iris bulbs did you know deer do not like lavender?

Good luck with your day everyone!
Time to do the next round of some thing! LOL!

OKay Certainly in my Ministry and Personnel work, online communications are not acceptable. Everything must be done in writing (on paper) or in face to face meetings. Sounds like your Elders are being careful and that is a good thing.

I'm dressed and have had lunch. We leave in a couple of minutes. I'm taking my xray requisition form and will get the knees x-rayed after.

Hello Dear Ladies,

Cloudy today but so far no rain.

I had an easy time at work over the weekend so I'm feeling pretty good today. Have laundry going, cleaned some of the kitchen. Dinner is simmering on the stove. I set a timer to work in the kitchen and when it went off, I sat down to finish up taxes. Have DH and mine all done, check made out for one and getting refund on the other. Dson23's are done too, he's paying on one and getting some back on the other. It is just the opposite of ours.

Dbrother has a cold or allergies today. Says his ears are clogged so gave him some alka-selzer plus. He went to the doctor's last week and doc said he is doing great.

Keep hinting to Dson35 that I need his info for his taxes. He always waits to the very last minute to get them to me and I always work like crazy to get them done for him. He is self-employed so there is a bit to them. I say every year this is the last time I am going to work on them like this but I always do.

Washer just finished so need to go check the dryer and get another load going.

Have a great day all!

I've been following hourly schedule as much as possible today. It feels good to make progress in several areas.

Drama flames have been tampered down by deleting FB posts. i seriously doubt this will be a permanent fix and it was done without approval so that is another issue the elders will address. However, for now....on the surface.....FB is quiet and peaceful. :)

I've processed 8 days of MPB bags. I really hope to get back into my daily/hourly groove and keep up instead of always trying to catch up.

Funeral home just called. DDaddy death certificates just arrived. So, I'll swing by and pick them up on my way to get LO from school. Mental note.....also need to pick up the extra DVD's we had made and give them a copy of marriage license.

LO called DMom this morning on his way to school and made a "date" with her. She has called me twice today to tell me that it thrilled her to no end to have a "date". After I pick LO from school, we will pick DMom up and go to newly created playground park for a picnic....aka "date"

EN I can SO relate with what you said about one thing a day I'm that way as well.

I have worked on the kitchen in phases, it's too cold to do much outside even with the sun out so it's good to make progress indoors.

Back from Dr. with a so-so report. It is NOT anything bad - but he is iron deficient and they don't know why. More blood tests, mega dose of iron for the next 2 weeks and then we will see. In the meantime - colonoscopy to rule out any bleeding there.

OKAY - I am assuming (not a good thing) that the posts were on the church FB page. That happens every once in a while at our old church as they are more techy than the new church. Hopefully, things will calm down.

Time to rest now - have some chicken (for me) and fish (for DH) sandwiches for supper. Stopped at BK on the way home and they were 2 for $5. So lunch and supper will be the same. Picked up salad makings to round out supper.
