Hmmm. Hearts. I hope you get some helpful information at the drs., Dee.
I was observing yesterday that I could "feel" my irregular heartbeat for a change. Apparently it is there all the time but I can rarely feel it. When I do, I assume it is worse. Sigh...I'll have to wait 13 months at least till I can have it checked again.
I'm in a holding pattern here. I am going to be doing some very important paperwork with DH later, so I don't want to get started in something that can't easily be interrupted. I did get whole morning routine done and a LOL is about half way done.
OKay, congrats on getting back into the box and also on your weight loss. YGG!

Happy Birthday Mr. MT!
Dee... hope the cardio dr. can shed some light on dh's bp issues.
OKay... good job on weight loss and your card work! I'm stuck on a weight plateau for a while now.
We're just about ready to leave for a visit to the Sponge Docks. It is Tarpon Springs' historic district with lots of original shops and restaurants and an aquarium. We might take a boat ride out to one of the keys. It's a great place to get some walking in and sightseeing too.

Happy bday Mr. MT!
BS was the best it's been in two weeks yea! Walked with a friend last evening.
I'm back from my morning walk that was nice.
Chickens have been fed.
Dish washer is going.
Journal done.
Dgd was under the weather yesterday afternoon not sure if she will be here today or not her mom might be staying home w/ her if she's needed.
BabyN. mid day her mom called just before six to get the schedule she'd given me as she forgot to
write it down, I was glad I did and felt a bit more organized than I thought I was after that phone call.

Glad your bs is doing well, Nancy. Dh's heart rate is still up in the near 130's at complete rest. Has been down around 55-65. Seems like when his bp is behaving the heart is racing. Not a good combo. Cardiologist's office has decided to go with tomorrow's appointment as long as he keeps feeling ok. All very weird.
Going to have a bite of lunch and then dd is taking dh & dgs8 to see the Alpacas down the road. I'll go see friend and on to my hair appt. It's really lasted pretty well this time.

Re: Wednesday PWYC
I got up on the wrong side of the bed, I was in a deep need of a cup of coffee, there was a blonde doctor talking on TV and I started making fun of her. I made fun of her ballet bun, said her hair's so yesterday, who wears their hair like that today, just look at her, etc...
DGRSON-16.5 says, "She's MY pediatrician and three of my other brothers! She's REALLY NEAT and so SMART! We really like her!"
I felt so "small"! Then, I apologized, told him I hadn't had my coffee, how I shouldn't have made fun of her, I wasn't "awake" yet, and I'm glad they have such a smart doctor. Boy, was my face red!
DH, his friend and the 2 grsons are getting firewood cut, split, loaded and hauled to our place this morning, I sent a short story off, so now I think it's coffee for me and go crochet for the baby dgd.
Everyone, have a wonderful Wednesday!

Re: Wednesday PWYC
DMom appt went okay. DMom is not having any chest pain and she insisted that the shortness of breathe isn't bothering her. Cardiologist is leaning toward agreeing with DMom's wishes of less is best treatment plan and said sometimes we can cause more problems than we fix. Doc did scheduled an Echocardiogram test tomorrow and said if it didn't show anything severe life threatening, then he would check DMom again in 6 months.
The decision made by DMom and cardiologist to do minimum treatment is tinted in my mind by a book I'm currently reading. Fatherless is about society & medical decisions are made 50 years in our future when the old, sick, handicapped, etc people are expected to "volunteer" to be killed (painlessly). While listening to DMom and doc talk about her options this morning, I kept thinking of the characters in the book and the decision they made.
I'm going to take a short siesta then get started again.

Happy Birthday to Mr MT!
Happy 1st Birthday to your dgs, too, Dee. I hope the Dr straightens things out for Mr Dee at his appointment tomorrow. I'm delighted for your dpastor & widower.
Congrats on your weight loss, OKay -- that's terrific! (ps -I don't think I would like that book
. Glad things went well at appt for your dmom)
Hi Twins, hope your errand day goes smoothly.
((Helia)), I'm so glad Maia is okay. How scary for you.
Kathryn, I'm so glad you had a better night last night. You are on my mind often throughout the day. I had a thought regarding the leftover stones that are causing you so much trouble. I've heard of kidney stones that are too large to pass being broken into tiny, passable pieces by having the patient sit in an ultrasonic bath. As far as I know it doesn't hurt. I wonder if that could be an option for you?
((Harmony)), I must admit that you're worrying me about waiting to see a Dr about your heart if you think there might be a problem ...
The Sponge Docks sounds like a fun place to visit Sunny
Hi Nancy, great that your bs was so good today.
Hi Lilac, it's hot & humid here, too. I've been hiding out in the house
Hi Ivy,what are you crocheting for dgd today?
I've had a productive morning. Worked in the kitchen, gathered up all the recycling, did all the prep work for stuffed flank steak for dinner tonight, & am finishing up the last of 3 loads of laundry. Sitting here with a cool, delicious smoothie. So easy to make -- frozen bananas, frozen mixed berries & skim milk -- & it tastes like a milkshake.
I'm off to answer two emails & then get started on my afternoon adventures. I've been chipping away at decluttering the basement & am happy to report that except for one large cabinet the laundry room declutter is done!
Waving to everyone ~~~ hope you all have a wonderful day.

Re: Wednesday PWYC
Hello Dear Ladies,
Another HOT day for us.
Finished cleaning the boys bathroom, did a load of laundry for dbrother. Made red beans and rice for lunch and a large macaroni salad for dinner.
Was on my feet for two+ hours and now going to rest for a bit. Need to get a shower in. Will do something fun this afternoon. Like reading a book or watch something on Netflix. If I feel up to it, I will clean the fridge and/or start cleaning the kitchen floor.
Happy Birthday to Mr. MT!
Thinking of Harriet and family.
Great day to all!
