Thank you Helia.

We have to wait until Thursday to find out from the estate agent as to whether the current owner has accepted our offer.

Congratulations Lynlee on your new dgd.

Some other news:
Our Possible grandson was born on the 7th of June. We say possible as we are awaiting (at least me dson is) on the proof. His ex gf told him that she's had the test done but when he asked her for it, she says she's not received it yet but physically told him she had it the day after the baby was born. We think that she is lying once again (we've actually caught her our on a number of lies she's told). Also, she told my dson that the baby wasn't his at least 3 times. Turns out she was having an affair at the same time with her ex bf who is the father of her other child and who told her that he isn't paying for another one and to get an abortion.

DSon has told her without the proof that he's the father, he's not paying maintenance and she refused to register the baby in his name. He says he will see her in the courts who will insist on the dna test anyway as he will tell the judge and we have witness to testify as well to the fact, what she told him about the baby.

Hello Dear Ladies,

Yes, OKay, we've got those lower temps too and I'm loving it. 8-) Temps are in the 80 this afternoon. Wonderful!

Have done quite a bit today. Got my dailies done and a good start on weeklies. I think having a few days off recharged me.

DH and I went out for lunch at Chinese restaurant.

Now I'm going to get back to my laundry.

Will try to check in later.

Great Day to all!

Peeking in...

I've been busy and my fingers and toes show it...my toes at least are sparkling big time. While I'm home I'm planning to surprise my mom with her first ever pedicure. Gonna make her wear neon pink nail polish with a flower. She won't like it at first, as she seldom spends money on herself for frivolous things. I don't care..she doesn't even wear sandals, but I know she'll get a good laugh when she takes off her shoes and sees those pretty toes May get her a manicure as well. :D

Gee Okay...you're way ahead of me. I'm almost 64 and not even a grand mother ;)

Dee...Sweetie had the "leg jiggles" really bad last night.( oh my gosh I wrote leg giggles at first, no wonder it looked so funny) I almost got up, but managed to get through it out.

I'm waving to everyone here in the village. I still have several things to do and don't want to get stressed out before going to dinner with my Sweetie :D I'll try to keep up with the village via my phone, but I won't have my computer so forgive me for all my typing errors and spelling mistakes ahead of time...............

Home again. Long afternoon. Ds had parked his car at the temple and wanted to go back in there after his dr appt to use the bathroom, so I ended up talking to secretary for awhile. Then needed to pick up script which took forever - it was phoned to the wrong drugstore, then my CVS caremark card they said wasn't current, finally paid for it out of pocket and finally home. Found dh with a guy who is giving us a quote on DH's firepit and also on cleaning/applying surface to front porch and back patio. Now, dh has been dithering about this firepit since we moved last year and frankly, it's not a priority for me - he just needs to decide what he wants.

Anyway, long afternoon. I wasn't planning to have to talk to this guy about the firepit that I don't care about and between he and dh and ds I could barely hear myself think.

In between firepit issues, I did schedule a pedicure for tomorrow a.m. early, and body work for Wednesday. Dh finally headed off to bowl tonight. I've ordered pizza for myself in frustration.

Tomorrow it's a pedicure early, then lunch with former coworker, hopefully a quick trip to dmom's and then back to temple to summarize some of our issues with the leaning wall and then a 5:30 meeting.

We are parked in a grove of cottonwood trees at the Downstream Campground of Fort Peck Lake. It is beautiful. We will be here for 2 weeks.

It is also very popular - lots of families with little kids, dogs and bikes. Not exactly what we like to camp with but we will manage. As long as they don't add smoky fires, we will be OK.

Right now I am very hot from disconnecting the pickup and getting set up.

We had Subs before we left Miles City and have 1/2 left for supper so I don't have to cook. Tomorrow I am trying a crock pot recipe so that will be easy, too.

Hello, villagers ~
I did not get done nearly as much as I had hoped to do today, but I guess there are still a few hours in the evening to try to do more. :| It's just one of those Mondays. At the very least, I can finish a couple of loads of laundry and put away.

Looking back, hmm, I did get quite a bit done in the kitchen working a few minutes at a time between other things. :)

Harriet ~ Good for you, taking the time to make thoughtful decisions right now.

Kathryn ~ Glad to hear you may have turned a corner in healing.

Lynlee ~ You seem to be making good progress in finding ways to adapt to circumstances. I wish the doctors could do more to help your shoulder.

LisaB ~ It's nice to see you again. Good luck on the house offer.

Just checking in.

All the laundry is done. :D :D

Worked some more on the weeklies and have them whittled down to 12. I can't do much on Friday so over the next three days if I do a minimum of 4 per day should have them done too.

Not a grandmother either. Got started late in the game. I remember crying when I was approaching 30 and having no kids. Then got married at 31, and gained a Dson who was 9 at the time. Gave birth to Dson 25 when I was 32 and spent the rest of my 30's having babies.

Dmom was nearly 70 before becoming a grandma.

Going to watch some TV.

Enjoy your evening.

Progress...
[x] called nursing home re: bill for dh's aunt...
[x] called insurance company re: changes for dh & my insurance
[x] emailed church secretary
[x] called dmil for "wake up call"
[x] called allergy doctor (twice) -- left message
[x] talked to dh's golf buddy (twice)
[x] went to nursing home w/dh
[x] went to bank w/dh
[x] went to Wmart w/dh
[x] went to post office w/dh
[x] went to dmil's w/dh
[x] filled out insurance forms online for dh to have individual coverage, rather than family
[x] called insurance company again b/c I can't fill out my own yet, having dropped myself from dh's
-- not to worry, I was assured I would receive new id # soon in the mail and would definitely be covered by dh's family policy until Sept. 1. We are changing to individual b/c we'll save approx $100 a month this way. With ds nearing 30 years old, we certainly do not need a family plan anymore.
[x] ate supper
[x] put dgs down for a nap

* whew * As dh said, "And people wonder what we do with our time..."

Waving to all... I think dgs is about to wake up. Very short nap, apparently.
Tomorrow is another day.

Awh! Thanks for the kind words. (((Group Hug))) I think each of you are wonderful individuals on your own. With or without generations of family members.

However, I must admit.......DGS18 doesn't think I'm GREAT right now. Some tough love is in progress. I'm thankful no harsh words have been spoken, but DH and I have taken a firm stand and DGS18 isn't too happy with it.

LisaB - OH my. So much going on in your life right now. Moving and possible new Grandchild. (((Hugs))) Deep breathe often and remember to Hang in there!

Sadie - I'm glad you are feeling refreshed after some time off and a break from the heat.

Lucy - You've been a very busy gal! YGG!

Bookie - you always seem to accomplish so much. BWTG on your kitchen accomplishments today

Twins - most of the new homes in surrounding developments here have outdoor fireplaces. Very pretty to look at but I have yet to see one of them being used.
