Kids & I are back from a walk to a couple of yd. sales that was fun it got a bit warm on the trek back home and we all had our fluid intake. One of the new to us D.V.D.s of Max & Ruby is in now so that was great we got several others in their age bracket to use that was great. A couple puzzles for dgd to put together. Stuffed animals for them and some beads for me to play with.
Did not go to the farmer's mkt. today.
Got 7 eggs today.
I've boiled & peeled some to use for deviled eggs Maybe on Sunday.
I watered the back and picked up apples for the hens to eat.
Spiffed up the kitchen.
It's time to check the mail.

Re: Saturday PWYC
Glad you had a safe and adventurous time, helia.
Best wishes to OKay at family gathering this evening.
A tall kitchen garbage bag for donation from that closet. A few items boxed up for other family members. Dd14 just can't seem to part with some of her old smocked-bodice dresses. She's asking me if they aren't timeless for girl's church-dresses and shouldn't we wait to make the decision about what to do with them.
HRH's mother and step-father came to visit.
Tried to run a few errands later but police and wrecker had one intersection blocked off, and another intersection in a different direction is still a detour. Sigh. It can wait for me and I hope others aren't too inconvenienced. I saw a pizza delivery guy nearly panicked.

I mowed the back yard between split sessions of granny duty. Dgkids are having a sleep over here tonight. So I'd better scoot. Dinner is done and they've made their beds up. H. is in the cave watching fishing shows.

Tonight's the last p.m. of the 2 grsons being here. DH says he'll try to leave by/around 8 a.m. tomorrow and try to be back to see the Mariner's start to the game. Told him not to rush or speed.
I've been working on a OMM List (On My Mind). Wrote Sunday's list.
We had take-out pizza. We rarely do that, so it was a treat. It doesn't seem like tomorrow's Sunday already.

Re: Saturday PWYC
I completed 25% of my to-do list. Fortunately, it was the part that is due tomorrow!
Off to bed now.
Knees are killing me. Didn't even break 2K steps to day. Not sure how I'm going to manage the churches tomorrow and all the standing to deliver the service.
Oh, and I got an email from someone questioning why I did the interviewing for the weekend supply minister. Hmmmm, could it be because I was tossed the job with no-one even bothering to ask me to do it? I only found out I was expected to do it when I receive emails I was cc'd on to the candidates. Sigh....
