Oh, I'm so sorry for Mr. MT's bumps and bruises and stitches. I'm glad nothing's broken.

I need a small nightlight in the bedroom now. If I don't my dreams get me. Apparently I wake and look around the room. I got in a major panic a while back when moonlight reflecting on the white door looked like a big tall apparition. If I look around with the nightlight on I can make sense of things.

Yesterday's Memorial service at church went well except that after the service at church some of them went to the cemetery and then came back for the meal. I don't know if all of them went, or if the ones that did all came back... it was awkward keeping food hot, etc. I just helped with the first part, the setup. Others came in and helped with the cleanup which is faster and feels like more work anyway.

After a rest at home I made a trip out for a few errands. As soon as I stopped taking the old medicine I felt perkier. I start the new stuff tomorrow.

Church just seemed annoying to me for some reason. I couldn't wait for it to start, I couldn't wait for it to end. I cooked dinner today, worked on my new diet plan, got the garbage ready for tomorrow's pickup and all without a nap!

Packing is going slowly.

I think everything is packed except my travel purse and computer and any work I want to bring.

Ouch Mr MT Commiserations to you. I do hope it all heals well and quickly.

I need to type up a screed on my health matters for doc tomorrow - and for my daughters to have a copy too.
I need to get the printer reinstalled to print it out.

Its not what I have been doing.

Interesting discussions on sleep. Another factor is the need to move while sleeping. I think that is what would wake me after a couple of hours.
Just begin.
Living this day, today
Take a reality check; Remember to breathe; Do what I am able to do.
Look for the good in all.
