Seems like there was something about 3 we were going to remember today. Hmmm.. ...

I did find a wonderful quote about 3 that I love for our village, and inspires me to work by threes today.

Harriet - perfect theme for today. Thank you!

I've been following timeslots this morning, but not accomplishing all I had hoped for in each one. Somedays are better than others. In the 2 hours I've been up I have S2B, washed hair, unloaded DW, set up drinks for the day, CUOP here and FB, drank couple cups of coffee, walked, watered the veg garden and played with dogs.

Next 3 -
** Wake LO and get him started on his AM cards
** Prepare smoothies for all

Good Morning and Happy Birthday to the triplets.

It is very cloudy and a bit windy with another heat advisory - high 90* with high humidity.

I'm waiting for the river to go down a bit more and then I will do my "after" shot. The river level varies about 2 ft. per day depending on how much water is released from this dam and the one below us. So I did a "before" last night when it was high.

All the seagulls are sitting in the parking lot -on the ground because of the wind. No boaters are disturbing them this morning.

Wish I knew what to do for DH's bruised ribs. He hit his breast bone pretty hard and it hurts when he moves especially getting in and out of bed and turning over at night.

My 3's (besides the usual 3 D's.) for today is to 1: erase footsteps, 2: take out garbage and recycle and 3: plan tomorrow's trip to town to see the museum and do laundry.

I also have to get supplies to re-dress DH's arm and re-pack some chicken we bought yesterday.

I have some time sensitive things need doing this week. 2 ph calls needed.
I wore myself out yesterday , and tipped over an edge after yoga today. Hoping a hot shower will help me sleep and be somewhat restored. Its too late now for a soak in the bath.

Harmony - I hurt my sternum on a raised steering wheel hub once and it took a long time to heal to pain free. Wearing a bra to bed helped. exercise made it worse. Maybe a support bandage would help in these early days.

Good morning all! I love the start, harriet. I like the idea of working in 3s too, it's not too overwhelming. I can do 3 things. I'm not so sure I can do 30 things. . . which makes me think of your neighbor. I'm so glad you're there for her. It sounds like she really needs a friend like you.

I took a peek at your blog, MT, which I like to do from time to time. You are in a pretty spot! And now I understand rip rap.

I am up, dressed, and have made a mug of tea. Does that count as 3 things? :)

Next 3:
- feed dogs (dd17 slept over at a friend's house so she can't do her chore)
- take dogs out to potty
- work on li&ts

I've been without li&ts for the last 2 weeks and have found myself a bit directionless. I guess I'm the opposite of Harriet's neighbor!! I need to get a little more focus and direction in my life right now.

Very slow moving since we were to bed so late. We slept with the patio door open and the sound of the breakers gave us both a deep sleep. I insisted on the drapes being closed so dh wouldn't wake up at first light. He did wake at 6 but went right back to sleep and woke again at 7:45. That meant over 7.5 hours sleep at last!

It will rain here later so we are heading off for a walk now. Had breakfast on our balcony. All you can see are trees but the sound is wonderful.

I'll spend most of the day up at the lodge if I'm not hiking because there I can see the ocean too.

Listening to inspiring music from a list of songs I found here. I've slowly been buying the songs and adding it to my playlist. At first, I didn't care for some of the music arraignment but after listening awhile I haven't found a single song that didn't learn to enjoy.

** 15 minutes cleaning kitchen
** 15 minutes updating accounts
