Church work took longer because of editing difficulties. It got done and I came home without the nametags so sent dh back for them and some groceries.

Got the table set, the laundry out, ate lunch and was just about to begin on the garage sale stuff when our guests arrived 30 minutes early.

Had excellent visit with them, good dinner and they are to bed early so we'll follow.

I've mixed up the dry goods for biscuits in the morning since she brought preserves.

Dishwasher is running, all other dishes are cleaned up. Forgot the second load of laundry on the line so it is damp from the dew now. Sigh...

:D :D THANK YOU to all who wished us a Happy 43rd Wedding Anniversary! :D :D

DH & I took one-hour naps, then DH did cat naps on and off, this being his 2nd a.m. up way too early for him. We did do de-boned KFC, like bone-in better, but it was a good filling dinner.

We're having horrible rains, T-storms, and I know I shouldn't be on-line. :?:

I read/browsed through 30 magazines, tore out pages (just a very few) for me and a lot for pen pals to read, when they receive my letters. It's nice to have THIRTY magazines purged! :D

Thanks again for the well wishing on our anniversary. It's been a good day for us. Now football is on and DH is in his element. ;)
