roast beef and cheddar 1/2 sandwiches on onion roll, fresh fruit

we had pizza last night

tonight: bought a chicken, going to make greek tatziki ? spelling, with pita grilled and feta cut up, greek pasta salad

make lunches for tomorrow

I wont be home tonight... so buying perogies (spelling?) and salads for d adult kiddo's - dd older cooked the perogies, I also had cucumber salad (bought from them), sauerkraut, and fresh rye, beet salad

enchilada casserole: left over chicken, cream cheese, sauteed onions for some, tortillas, canned enchilada sauce, rotel tomatoes and chili's, and scant cheddar on top and bake


since we have mexican tonight I made a mexican pasta salad for kiddos lunch

yesterday I made breakfast for dinner.

tonight: meatloaf (onion soup mix), baked double stuff potatoes (premade by my butcher), carrots, green beans and almonds

my carrots last night stunk! and the green beans had too many brown spots once I went through them to use. lol but everything else was good
tonight is left over palooza - I have greek cucumber sauce, pita, feta and thyme, kalamata olives for hors d'eouvre and left overs galore from yesterday

Saturday was grab what you can.

I have been coming up with ideas - weather will indicate what I will make... I am starting to think in terms of roasted veggies for some time this week.

Saturday: no one but dd younger and I home. I will let this be dd youngers choice
Sunday: am baked eggs ?
pm chicken with wine and mushrooms, rice pilaf, salad, tomato onion confit,


make iced coffee for week. for me
make pumpkin muffins from a box for week,
