Tired. Still busy. Need to get moving.

Those are my musings.

What are yours?

Two things on the calendar for today:

Set up projector at church at 12:30 for a presentation

Choir practice at 1:30

I also want to get the garage back in order.

Found out I don't have a meeting tomorrow afternoon. I still have a meeting in the evening. I should go to dinner with that. The new supply minister will be there and we can eat together. Ds is taking me out to lunch. At least I think he is.

I'm up, S2BF, breakfast and meds. I have also called mail order meds order in. Now I hope they get here before we leave - otherwise we will just wait for them. I've got several places that I can steal a day or two in our schedule.

As soon as DH finishes breakfast we will leave for the chiro appointment. I will have to take bandages and tape along to redress his arm during the day. One of the big scabs is cracking and leaking so it needs to be covered and looks awful if I don't replace the bandage. I don't want to gross people out.

Edited to add: Hooray - I was able to schedule DH's CT scan for 1:30 this afternoon!! So we will have that off our mind.

The boys are off to school. I will be getting them off 4 mornings this week, instead of the every other week, 3 times. Dgd3 needed fillings in several teeth, so rather than do them one at a time, she will be put under anesthia to do it. Dd2 and dsil are with her. Dgd17 dropped the boys off here on her way to school.

I need to mow today. After I am showered, at some point I need to go buy some groceries.

Dh called last night. They are now in Sweetwater, TN, near the Dragon Tail. He sounded exhausted. He didn't have bottled water the night before for his CPAP machine, so was unable to use it. He doesn't sleep well at all, without it. Last night he made sure he had water for it. Today they will ride the Dragon Tail and ride around the mountains in that area. I am hoping that he will be able to get home on the 17th and then he can rest on the 18th, before going back to work. Originally he had planned to go back to work the 18th but decided he better take that day off too, in case he doesn't get back on the 17th.

Guess I will drag myself out to the mower and get with it.

Good Morning!

MT - YEAH!! Glad the test is sooner rather than later. Waiting is hard.

My musings this morning have been about betrayal (today's Bible study was about Judas betraying Jesus). I've thought about the times I have been betrayed and taken a very painful look at the times I have been accused of betraying someone. Beyond betrayal, the various responses to it - both short term and long term.

I've stayed on target with time slots this morning and feel good about my efforts the first 4 hours of the day. I'm sipping a glass of ice tea and planning the next 3 hours.

I am just now trying to get my day together. Breakfast, dog walking done but nothing else. I always have trouble getting going on Monday mornings... and it's almost not even morning anymore.

-start li&t for rest of day
-clear/wipe kitchen counters
-clear kitchen table
-make the bed
-reboot laundry

Hoping for some BGS to do its magic here!
