Yesterday I posted here with too big of plans. I failed so I came back and deleted my plans.

I don't want to give up, so today I will try again. Today I'm not going to set grand plans, but do what works .....baby steps that I know I can accomplish.

Today I will -
** track what I eat
** track what I drink

That's great, Nancy.

I'm stuck at -10.

Kathryn, your post prompted me to address my own concerns for both of us. Googling brings up numerous tests one can take to determine how much one should worry. One test revealed to me that most of our problems mimic those that are common difficulties of aging individuals. I did see that other causes have the same symptoms: B12 deficiency, brain problems, thyroid, kidney or liver problems. Other vitamin deficiencies. Stress in our case contributes. I hope your DH's testing reveals an easy cure. Does early onset run in his family?

Need to buy another bottle of fish oil capsules. However, I'm hesitating because the nurse at family doctor casually mentioned switching to Krill Oil.

Fish oil vs Krill Oil

Has anyone researched it? If so, please share your thoughts

Really watching what I eat...no carbs and trying to stay away from sugar including artificial. Been using my Gazelle as well .
Results: I'm down 10 lbs WooHoo
Just don't want to loose my motivation.
Next 4 pounds are crucial to me... I hope to hit that goal by the middle of next week. :D

I walked for 90 minutes or more, while on the phone pacing around rooms and to the halls, while on hold. I got a workout, got all sweaty, could really feel the endorphins working after I was done and took a nice nap, too. The activity wore me out! But I need that, to sleep better. Because deep sleep is restorative sleep to the muscles and nerves if you have fibromyalgia. I'm off my FM med now, just use OTC meds and am feeling good.
