Was out watering when ds, ddil and dgdC visited on their golf cart.
The mystery of the lady motorist in confusion has been solved and sadly it was drugs. I guess I had hoped for something more unusual, something from which she could be more nobly rescued, or at least not involve criminal charges. She is actually from another county, quite a distance, and may have just started driving aimlessly. She abandoned, forgot or lost her car at that house (it was dusk) and evidently walked across a pasture to a nearby house's barn where she found their riding lawn mower with the keys in it. She started it up and drove it to the road and then further along on the road, eventually crossing the road into another house's driveway, just a few away from ours. These are the neighbors who take care of my granddog when his people are away. She stopped there and began going through their cars, which were unlocked but without keys, then walked right into their house. They were able to get the police over there quickly since the search was already happening in the area.
I've sewn about 6 more lines of stitching, so I'm pleased. Twins', my back has been much better. But was taking out pins when my left hand started to cramp rather mercilessly, lol, and I decided I'd better take a break from sewing for a while.
Watched the first half of Sheep Detectives with HRH.

I told DS I had to take a nap before dgd came over. THEN, dmom called me and needed me to come help her change the sheets on her bed. Her housekeeper is recovering from shoulder surgery.
