Twins, I think with the extreme heat you're having, it's sensible not to exert yourself too much. Heat exhaustion is a real thing, and you really.dont want that! Are there perhaps some.gentle stretches or similar you could do at home even for a few minutes so you could feel you had accomplished "something* but wouldn't need too much exertion? ( I'm thinking of the leg, back and ankle exercises that can be done while lying on the bed!)

Twins - I completely understand that our focus shifts to different things during various phases of life. Making self-care a top priority isn’t always possible. However, putting ourselves first before turning our focus to do other things can have huge paybacks in physical, mental and emotional health and fitness. We should each seek to love ourselves as best as we can in all seasons of life. We are worth the effort. ((((Hugs))))
