I've had lunch.
Trash got dumped.
Fetched mail and looked over a statement.
Picked up living room.
Swiffered the dining room and kitchen.
Listened to news in Spokane they have lowered evac. levels downgraded em.

Note to self / keep zone focus on Kit. & dining room area.

-----
Pitch n Toss day
trash day tomorrow.
Found some things on the counter to toss.
Some other items pitched also.

------
I am trying to revive my p.m. routine and get back on track

DH head is wrapped like a mummy to help protect and hold the 25 or so electrodes glued all over his head and on his chest. Each of the electrodes have a 3 foot long wire connected that run to portable device that is inside a clear bag that he carries around everywhere he goes. He has instructions to not sweat or get wet. They suggest sleeping upright because laying on the electrodes will be uncomfortable. I suspect this is going to be a long 5 days/nights of testing, but hopefully it will give the information needed.

DD15 rated her school day a 3 (on a scale of 1 to 10) because she started her period and is cramping.

One of her teachers wanted the class to take the Color personality test so they can group like minded students together for projects.
Have you taken this test and agree with results? Are you a gold, green, blue or orange?

d lady - oh your sweet dd 15! I hope she feels better! cramps are not fun!
hope tomorrow is a much better day!
my dd younger had that test - - she did look like a mummy with a pointy head! (oh my goodness - sweating is something that he can't stop. my dd had to double pillows - hope he can sleep!)
I have never heard of the test - it should be interesting to see if your dd agrees with the testing results and the different personalities in the classroom
how wonderful about ds18!!! yay for him!
(oh my goodness - "friends" tattoos and casino! you have been a great teacher and mom!!! that will come through -

d Nancy
glad you had lunch
yay on getting trash dumped
your kitchen, dining room, and living room looks spiffy.

hi d harriet too funny about your dh not having his hat and where you found it!!! yay.
- my dad was like that - I rarely saw him without his sailing cap. My mom switched out the hats so that they all got worn lol - I have dads had for myself - the really warn out one and dd's have a hat.
well done on saving a lizards life - kindness
I called out loudly so as to let him know fast, "how much do you love me? What will you give me? What will you do for me?" But, of course, he just accused me of hiding it from him the whole time, lol.
oh my gosh I laughed so much - wonderful

hi d cathy yay on dw! stove top looks wonderful

hi d mystery we had a bad storm through out the night as well - lots of wind and rain as well.

cheering your college bound boy to have a great year!

how nice that you had time with the college friends - praying she can gt a grant - this happened years ago with the genetics department Northwestern lost much of the funding - they are now saying that other countries are looking for scientists and scientists are looking for places for funding and that there will be an exodus of these bright minds. the US used to be the place where these bright minds would come to. We need them in our universities as well.

hope you have a lovely evening.

hope everyone has a wonderful evening.
our storms were a little concerning last night - I never worry about them but I worried about flooding.

came home from vet for both dogs - sweet Gracie's paw is still healing - The vet said the first er vet should have given her stitches. the top part of her pad fell off and now the underneath is bad. We have to be careful with all this rain. 2 dogs $600 something. ;)

Looking in. Busy day here. I was at the cemetery at 10 to meet with the maintenance company rep. Turns out the pile of mulch from grinding down the tree was gone - don't know if the tree company came and took it - they were supposed to leave it. Have an email in to see what happened, will call tomorrow. Not that it matters, at least we don't have to pay to have it spread. Some shrubs do need trimming up.

I was home for awhile in between, then back out to workout and errands. After workout, I got gas, went to post office, and picked up at CVS. This a.m. I also picked up scripts at another CVS.

I slept poorly last night. I was awake a lot. I tried running the roomba today but it went back to the base early and told me it was done with the job. Twice. I'm "rebooting" it now and will try again tomorrow, or perhaps not. Dcleaning lady comes on Thursday of this week.

well. pooh
The test is not going smoothly.
DH pulled the head wrap & most of the electrodes off before I could tell him to STOP. I've sent a picture of the situation to the nurse and asking what to do.

DD15 toilet was almost overflowing, but I managed to get it plunged in time.

I haven't had time to cook today so I've asked DS18 to stop by Braums after work and bring home some chicken dinners and hamburgers for everyone (except me).

I'm looking forward to the next time we have a boring normal day without anything unusual happening.

Oh, my, i'm so sorry to hear of the troubles, LadyM. Good to have a nurse to call and get advice.

toilet plunger race - great job on winning that!

Nancy, that's encouraging that there is less worrisome forecast/evacuation news.

blessed, I hope you somehow got a second wind, and both you and she have a really good sleep tonight.
((Gracie))

HRH witnessed the groundhog, whom we haven't see in a while, running away from the garden. He's (she's?) never come closer than an ornamental tree before, so now perhaps going to cause difficulties. Sigh. But still seems almost impossible for a groundhog to have done high damage to plants.

More watering this evening, and some liquid fertilizer. I used a sorta "lightweight" spray, organic and mostly for little pests, so maybe things won't taste as good to bigger ones, but then even a light rain and that's gone.

Ramblin', sorry we missed hearing more from you with lost post.
lucylee, what is the update with you?
